Biden lies about postponing the November voting

If NO Election is held, then Patrick Leahy would become the President:

• On Jan. 20, 2021 Trump and Vice-president Mike Pence's terms expire. They could not seek office.
• The Speaker of the House is third in line, but without an election every house member's term expires Jan. 3, including Pelosi.
• Fourth in line is president pro tempore of the Senate, the senior most member of the majority party, currently Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-IA. But, the majority party would flip because 23 Republicans and 12 Democratic seats would be up for re-election in 2020, with terms expiring in January.
• Losing less seats, the Democrats would have control of the Senate. The senior most member of the majority party, fourth in line, would be Leahy.

 

You guys always say that because a fake news outlet said it. You just blindly believe it.

1. The 20th Amendment "provides that “the terms of the President and the Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January.” Thus, even if the election were somehow canceled, Trump and Vice President Mike Pence’s terms would still expire as scheduled".

2. A "trio of federal laws set Election Day for presidential electors, senators, and US representatives as “the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November.” If Republicans want to change this law, they will need to go through the Democratic House."

So stop worrying people. At most without elections Trump's term of office ends at noon on January 20. No exceptions, unless he decides declare himself dictator. At which time the American people who still believe in the Constitution will rise up and escort him to the door.

The Electoral college with "meet" as usual and cast their votes which will be sent to the House the new President declared as usual.

That will happened regardless of what happens in November. If the Democrats want to change that they will have to go through a Republican Senate.

I would agree to that only if after the mail in ballots are received we do not announce the results for a month. All signatures must be cross referenced and if they do not match toss them, I don't care if they are Red or Blue toss them, in Colorado the democrat party are experts at harvesting ballots that people intend to toss out. You can be sure that 100% of those thousands of ballots get turned in with votes for democrats down the line. Republicans are not nefarious enough to have thought of that ballot harvesting, and I still hope they never start engaging in it. But after seeing how mail in has worked here I can tell you it is the wet dream of the democrat party to have nationwide mail in (harvesting) balloting.

Trump has to be out of the white house by Jan 20 according to the constitution without a vote. Now Congress and the states can move election day, but it needs to happen before Jan 20, and provide enough time to count votes and set things up for the next president. The covid outbreak will probably come again in the fall and won't go away between November and January. One solution is that we hold the election in a month or two when the virus has died down. Another is that we work now to set up a reliable online and mail voting system.

 

It needs to happen before the EC meets or the State legislatures will choose the electors who will then choose the President on the 3rd Wednesday after the first Monday in December. To use the state elections those have to be held with enough time between that election and the EC meeting to allow for contest and challenges. But one way or another the EC will choose the President. I don't think there will be a problem with in person voting at least not where I live.

 

Joe Biden is a know. liar. He had to drop out if the first presidential election he ran in because his lying cheating Ways were exposed.

 

If we have an election by mail, Trump is 100% certain to lose and lose badly.

So yes, if he could, he would postpone a by-mail election
