    This! $100,000 fine for every employee. I do think a lower class visa needs to be created that would allow people to come in and pick crops etc with minimal background checks and no welfare rights etc.

    The do! You don't really think Illegals transfer money for free do you ;) THEN AGAIN, I have two brothers that have a roustabout service here and their way of getting money in to Mexico involves a runner.. The send a min of 30K a month via road trip and hand delivered to their brother to expand one of the largest cattle ranch's in that part of Mexico..

    Democrats have already shown their position on illegal immigration, it is fairly hands off at best — so you think the party that isn’t going to do anything about it as they don’t see it as a major issue should fix it vs the party that is always complaining about it?

    I think the DNC should have fixed it then and now.. Simply start holding employers accountable and I bet that slows illegal immigration down dramatically.. And that law is still in effect and on the books today..

    Graph don't work for illegal to start with and from the way they change interpretation and qualifiers only masks the real numbers.. See President Obama and his administrations changes..

    It's up to the DNC, they are the ones that depend on minorities.. The GOP would without a doubt vote in anything on hard nosed border security and deportation.. They haven't anything to loose within their base, now on the other hand, the DNC does..

    See sanctuary states/cities, start with the C's ;)

    We already do that, so the 100K is a perfect start and welfare..

    I also support some form of lite Medical like colds and such but major medical needs to be done in their country unless critical and immediate!

    About time!

    The 1993 Clinton tax increase raised the top two income tax rates to 36% and 39.6%, and said tax rates were kept on the books til 2001, thus, an extra $125 billion/$1 trillion over 8 years certainly helped balance the budget.

    Medicare;

    1993; 1.45% on the first $135,000
    1994; 1.45% on all

    Thus, more revenues for both Clinton and Gingrish

    Every President in my lifetime should have been removed from office starting with Truman, including Trump. They have all winked at enforcing laws on employers who hire illegals. Trump had two illegals working in his private suite at his golf resort.
    A national ID card modeled on the Nexus Pass, readable with a smartphone, would allow us to insist every employer, even those hiring domestics or day labor, employ only those legally entitled to work. Employers who violate the law? A nasty fine. Repeatedly violate the law? Jail.

    We could replace the Social Security card with this card with card and put the onus on all employers, even those hiring domestic and day labor, to make sure people they hire are entitled to work here. No more coming through the front door and overstaying a visitor's visa.

    I don't see how we're ever going end illegal immigration if we don't stop employers from hiring illegals. We should choose who comes here, not let immigration be skewed to one culture or people.
