Biden has never said he'll repeal only parts of the Trump tax cuts. When he says only those making 400k a year and more are the only ones who will see a tax increase, he's lying.

 

The Orange Oaf said he wouldn't cut taxes for rich people, but then turned right around and gave 85% of the cuts to people making more than $400,000 per year. If he had kept his word , tax cuts for people making less than $400,000 could have been six times higher.

The private sector is manifestly incapable of either supplying jobs for all, or even properly funding desirable public activity ie, non money-profit-based activity.

Right, but what about all those people living in places like California who make more than $400k? You know, the folk who fund those states? A huge proportion of them are just going to leave.

 

No one 'implements' it because it's NOT FREAKING POSSIBLE. Your model depends upon the bizarre notion that the poor are simple and pure creatures, just waiting for a lucky break. The reality is that the poor can be total @ssholes just like anyone else. Lazy, unmotivated, exploitative, greedy, etc etc etc. Given that, there are only two ways you can ensure everyone is fully employed:

1) tell them if they don't work they won't eat.

or

2) at gunpoint.

It's the other way around, actually. The 'benefits for average folk' come long after the work. That's assuming it's to be sustainable and therefore useful to humanity.

Doing it the way they want to - spending up big before you've saved the money - will result in rapid collapse, beyond which EVERYONE suffers. That's how you know they're far too stupid and dangerous to be in charge of something like socialism. It's like putting children in charge of the candy store.
