It sounds like something sinister is afoot. I've already heard of these night flights when there was a thread a few weeks back posting about night flights to New York State. I guess the Biden administration is sending them all over (to every state?), getting mystery people into position in preparation for something???! The Dems' version of Jan 6?!!

Is there any indications that states might sue the federal gov't. for what they've done?

Well you can count almost the entire Republican establishment as fools then, even though the Democrats have been blaring out their "demography is destiny" strategy for at least the last 20 years, when the book, The Emerging Democratic Majority came out, which details who Democrats would establish a permanent majority with young urbanites and large immigrant populations. So far it's working.

No, just dumping people who require massive social services onto small struggling communities to punish them for having ever voted for Trump.

Yep. The Republicans have no backbone. They are weak. Democrats are evil, and the Republicans let ‘em steam roll right over them.

It’s flat out nefarious and evil. And Democrats love it. The more poverty they import the easier it is to buy votes. And of course they go to FL instead of San Fran. Despicable.

Because we don't want there to be a run on garlic and wooden stakes just like Fauci lied about masks so people wouldn't buy them all up.

This thread makes most of the content in the "Conspiracy Theories" thread look pretty reasonable.

That being said, Awesome ! After Tejas and Florida are swamped, they can go after North and South Dakota !

How is this some kind of a conspiracy theory, when the information of the shipping of immigrants comes from the government? lol

I say we send all illegals to Vermont , Portland and San Francisco .

But of course not , they want to send them all to red states in hopes to lock them down in the future .

Democrats fully support and enable illegals and illegal immigration , it’s them who should be accepting them all and not burdening others with them .

Except they hadn't counted on the Pandemic .. now driving those young urbanites back out of the cities. The middle classes are leaving too, because the work-from-homers can live wherever they want, and because they get a lot more for their money out in the sticks.

As predicted by watchers other than one-eyed Lefties, First World cities will ultimately house just the two extremes - the very rich, and the very poor. New migrants will transition through for only as long as it takes them to escape (and where I live that isn't very long, determined as they are).

Ordinarily, that 'weakness' is a good thing. It's what both parties were in the 20thC, effectively - holding each other in balance, and not powerful enough to turn citizens against each other.

I agree, but it's hard to maintain a balance for long. It's typically not a very stable arrangement.

So you admit that if (hypothetically) this did turn out to be true, it would be a big scandal?

Or is this yet another one of those situations where you flat out deny something, and even if it is proved true you say "So what?"

That pretty much describes the situation of most large US cities today, very rich and very poor people, with the middle class mostly commuting in to work. Of course as you say, the pandemic has thrown a monkey wrench into that. Many of those jobs are not coming back to the cities as they will be work-at-home, and that will have effects on big cities that will exacerbate the massive income inequality of the city residents.
