    I think Obama would make a great SCOTUS pick. I didn't always agree with him, but he was probably one of the smartest presidents we've had in modern times. But I'm sure the great scholars of the conservative community on this forum will beg to differ.

    Obama would say no. And why wouldn't he?

    Whether you like him or not, he survived the toughest job in the world - one so harsh you age in dog years. Now he's retired, has the best pension and benefits available, full-time protection, and doesn't have to lift a finger. No stress, no muss, no fuss. Livin' the easy life.

    You think a guy enjoying unlimited free time like that is gonna WANT to go back to the daily grind?

    Obama is a smart guy, but let’s not forget he was a community organizer before he went to the senate.

    He has no judge experience, but some people think he walks on water, so who knows.

    He would not be the first SCOTUS nominee who has never been a judge. Remember that Bush W. nominated Harriet Miers.

    Biden is trying to suck up and get the endorsement he said he wouldn’t ask for. I thought you were smarter than this, I really did.

    Oh, and Obama was and is an idiot. If you need proof, he won’t even endorse his own Vice President.

    Obama would be GREAT.

    The only "Potential Drawback" is that he turns 60 next year.

    The Next Dem POTUS should appoint someone in their 40s.

    Shall i quote him saying he could not pass DACA and then he did it anyways?

    I'm going to say that should disqualify him but im a fan of consistency.

    This is also the man that said that Obamacare was a "penalty" not a "tax" all the way to the Supreme Court and Roberts bailed his ass out.

    How do we really know if it’s legit? With AA practices rampant in higher education and govt you never truly know if anyone of minority status actually earned what they have. It’s the evil side effect of allowing race or gender to determine self worth and accomplishments. It undermines any minorities accomplishments when they can’t be truly measured. It’s not like sports where we can all see proof of accomplishment. You know if something is earned or not. There is no question there when it’s clear as day. The mere questioning Is apparently racist. Creates quite the conundrum when we know race and gender qualify people for things they’re not technically qualified for and then we’re accused of racism for actually checking on those qualifications.

    While attending Harvard it was thought he came from Kenya and he never really corrected them. Sort of weird. How could his agent possibly be confused as to his country of origin? No none has EVER thought I come from a another country because I’d NEVER give that impression. Wonder how anyone he knew could ever confuse such a thing.

    yes, it is absolutely racist to claim Obama, a black man who graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law, only did so because of AA.
    who thought he was from Harvard? Why did they think that? Did Obama know?
    His literary agent who wrote the obscure bio you are referencing has admitted she made a mistake. Obama's father was born in Kenya, and she got them mixed up. but your birther conspiracies, in 2020, are ****ing hilarious.
