Yeah, I'm not giving traffic to a horseshit site with several unsupportable and/or flat out false assertions just in the few bits you quoted. Try posting something that opens honestly if you want folks who haven't already nearly downed in the Flavor-Aid to read it.

We cancelled teaching things like astrology and flat earth theory, too. 1619 Project is the "history" version of that.

That's fun, I wasn't taught that until college. And I still remember BS like my 8th grade history teacher positively describing "manifest destiny." If my 6th grade reading teacher hadn't risked her job by giving us excerpts from "Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee," I don't know if I would have known anything about the genocide of Native Americans at that time. Good on you for not worshiping the founding fathers, like a sane person. Plenty of folks out there, including on this board, act like they walked on water.

The ruination of education was No Child Left Behind signed by a Texan President from the not liberal party based on a completely discredited Texas program that cooked their numbers to hide how miserable they were doing. It wasn't Polynesian Pride time.

No, we are short circuiting the progressive cancel culture in red communities, counties, and states. Like the huge victory near Dallas Ft Worth local and school board elections where critical race theory was utterly crushed at the ballot.

That you don’t like an article co written by former HUD Secretary Dr. Ben Carson and South Dakota governor Kristi Noem is not my problem. They were right about everything they wrote.

Then you had some crappy teachers.

You see, when I was a kid my parents moved around a lot. So my learning comes from multiple schools all across the US. Literally from coast to coast and many in-between. Each time I moved, especially if it was in the middle of a school year, I would often arrive at a time when the new school I was going to was just getting into what I had just finished learning from my previous school. (god I hate square dancing) I never once came across a school that didn't teach about how the founders owned slaves, or about what happened to Native American's (both before the US was established and after). And yes, I was taught about the "Manifest Destiny" thing also. Just not like how you tell it. It was taught in the past tense. IE: That some people at the time that it was being touted believed it was manifest destiny.

Anyways, no one acts like they walked on water. That is just what you perceive it as because you disagree with what is being said and its a common mantra from those on the left side of the political spectrum.
