OP This is really interesting, because I've noticed that the BBC has in recent months begun referring to upper-level teenagers as 'boys'; they referred to a 'boy' a little while ago who, when the news story developed, turned out to be 20. And that's what he gave his age as being, but he looked nearer 22+ to me. There's some weird **** going on these days. You have it a little bit back-to-front. PART 1: The reason most of them are here is that Sweden thinks we have an obligation to take care of orphaned (or misplaced) children. The migrants know this so they toss away their identification and claimed to be "underaged" no matter how old they really are. Rather than stress these poor muchkins even more than the war they've left, we accept their claim as though it was gospel. It is VERY obvious that we have been dupped but no one in Sweden is courageous enough to stand up and say so. There are 2 reasons for this.
