Crossed my mind that Donald didn't want to reach six feet over the Obama's to shake Bill's hand but neither Bill or Crooked Hillary acknowledged that the Trump were there.

If Bill would have extended his hand just three feet, then Trump would have only had to extend his hand three feet.

Bill did acknowledge that Melania was there.

lol...can you imagine what she's feeling? hillary was owed the Presidency, but two mean old men took it away from her. What's going through her mind as she watches Old Man Bush receive a state funeral, will have to attend her husband's state funeral, and knows Donald Trump will get a state funeral all while she's totally aware that she will never receive such honors, at least on the scale received by a President who has passed.

Bush by refusing to shake hands with or even acknowledge the current First Lady, Melania Trump. The contrast between Melania and that barely bipedal turd-in-a-girdle by every metric of character, charm and of course beauty could not be more stark. Meh. Melania dodged a bullet; I wouldn't shake hands with Hillary. Not where that hand has been.
