1. Uh, raw number of murders is higher both in total murders and as a percentage of murders. That one isn't one you can argue is someone getting a "harsher" sentence for. Pretty sure they're not letting white murderers back on the streets either. Well, unless you're talking about NY, but then that's all murderers. 2. Unjustly killed? I can think of a few names where that has happened. On the other hand they can be charging at the police with a knife and somehow the left tries to apply the "unjust" label. 90% of the time, when the truth finally comes out, it wasn't "unjust".

Question: Did those 8 White militia members who planned to kill Michigan Gov. Whitmore come from fatherless homes? To be truthful they are not militiamen, they are domestic terrorists. Who raised them? Where are their Fathers?
It is not Black folks fault that cops fear them; many cops are not qualified to be cops, period. If Blacks don't need guns, why do Whites need them? Of course Blacks choose to live. I can't think of any Black person who says "I'm going to go out and get killed by a cop today".
