You need to get up to speed DB. Floyd wasn't a forty year old drunken, drug soaked counterfeiter whose heart gave out while resisting arrest for trying to pass off counterfeit money. He was a 300 year old slave who just wanted to be free.

They disagreed with what the prosecutor misrepresented as the ME in the charging statement. That is why Mike Freeman is no longer running the prosecution.

 

No they disagreed with him and all Baden presented as evidence was that he watched the video.

 

Not just a church in some town. It's the park IN FRONT OF THE WHITE HOUSE. The Church where every President had visited. The Church that is a national landmark. He sent a strong signal that we would end this violence and looting and burning.

 

They examined the body. You really need to stop watching Fox News.

 

Police brutality is an "everybody" problem just like most issues which need attention and correction. Fix the problem by getting rid of archaic police procedures, replace them with modernized and less brutal processes, and the problem is solved for black, white and brown people.

To divert attention from a core societal problem and suggest it only applies to one segment of society is a political kafkatrap.

 

Baden's specific words were that he knew that Floyd didn't die from other health conditions because the family said he was healthy. He said that just because his neck wasn't damaged is only due to the fact the damaged would only occur during the event, not at autopsy, and that he was sure that there was asphyxia from watching the video.

Any person off the street could have come to those opinions. Just ask the family and watch the video (and not for high-dollar "expert" fees). There was nothing scientific or forensic in his "findings".

Whatever Baden is getting paid for his opinion and future trial testimony won't hold water in a court of law.

 

I have listened to every racial claim since the mid 60's. It's the same thing only we have 75% less cop shootings today. It ALWAYS happens in summer ans usually in an election year to try and gin up the Democrat base. Only recently, many smart blacks have it figured out. The Democrat Party thinks they "own" them......as demonstrated by Biden when he says If you cant suppoet me then...."you ain't black!"

 

Reading these American threads and trying to understand the thinking make me ask if people realise even having a police force at all is socialism in action.

 

Far more whites have died in police shootings. The slight disproportionality is justified by the major disproportionality of blacks commiting crimes. That is easily cerified when viewing the looting going on in these riots. I know you know that.....it just doesn't fit your narrative.

 

Human nature doesn;t change. Laws and opportunity do and have. We can all be victims and wallow in it if we desire. The Democrat Party does not have that desire. Far too many have gotten rich on it. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are just two examples of wealth that far exceeds the majority of Americans.

 

So it seems you would imply all government is "Socialism". Is that because you want to make an excuse to water down European Socialism? Socialism is about exceeding the limits of government control. Complacent foreignors just don't understand that. The duty of governent is to protect the innocent, not running roughshod over enterprise and stifling the individual to appease the collective while redistributing wealth.

See we have to have honest dialogue to move forward, I agree it is going to take everybody to fix these problems. I agree totally the laws are the only thing that is going to correct these issues. I agree it effects everyone, but the history of America shows it effects black folks at a much higher level.

 

Everything he said was correct.. The ME agreed with Dr. Baden. If you watched the video and think some unrelated condition caused his death then there can be no reasoning with you.
