Yet, under Hawke in 1990, there was a budget surplus.

If my memory serves me correct, Hawke was the leader of a Labor government.

So hang on, that means that a Labor government has delivered a budget surplus (as recently as 21 years ago).

But Mister Magoo says that "theres no way Labor has ever delivered a budget surplus". So who is right: Mr Magoo or historical fact?

    Can someone please help me?

I am unable to say for sure regarding this, except that I was listening to an old Alex Jones (www.infowars.com) report back in 1998, and they were talking about how the city of Austin in Texas used two sets of accounting books to keep certain things hidden from the electorate. They had obtained a copy of the Comprehensive Accounting Report for a certain fiscal year. Unless you know what you're looking for, this type of information would be hard to accurately define. Companies do it all the time, showing they have less debts than they actually do.

With regards to Hawke, Gillard, Rudd, McGinty, Budd, Beasley etc, they have committed Treason and have been charged with Treason but this charge has been ignored. Please read the Treason forum for updates or go to www.elijahschallenge.net/legal.htm to download the brief of evidence.

With regards to Deficits, I know that the Australian Government borrow money from the PRIVATELY owned Reserve Bank of Australia with us, our land and houses and infrastructure as collatoral. So if the government is building a new tunnel or bridge, the government make us pay back the money by raising taxes, makes us pay interest on the money by raising more taxes, and then charges us tolls to use the *#@&ing infrastructure. Triple whammy for the poor old taxpayer. If you can't pay it back you end up losing your sovereignty like Greece.

It is unconstitutional and treasonous to borrow money from private banks. If we have sovereignty we have the right to print our own money. Why doesn't the government do that? Has anyone ever bothered to think about this before?

Even so, her rhetoric was sticking up for Australians.

Had she been intelligent, capable and popular, do you think the ending
would have been any different other than, perhaps, cause of death?

    I think not.
J.F. Kennedy was the last Western politician who had the capacity for real,
benevolent changes and attempted to implement them.

Dick Smith is my hero, he doesn't need to stick up for us, but he does.

Wasnt it lovely yesterday to see Gillard and Rudd kissing each other...
as if there's any honour, friendship or teamwork in politics...puleeease...
Rudds still taking the knives out of his back...

Notice Brown telling us that its a "Green" day yesterday...hhmmmm...

Wilkies pokie reform is stirring everyone up and Oakshott got his
Tax Summit..."outcomes, outcomes, outcomes" he says...what a waste
    of taxpayers money....no outcome...nothing...zilch...

Says a lot for our grubby politicians...what a bunch of jibberers...

Oh, and by the way, for those wondering, Bligh will lose the next
Qld election as will Gillard lose in a landslide...how gutless is she...

Im still waiting for someone to tell me how those big dirty companies
will pay for their carbon credits, and where the money will go.....

    Cheers kiddies....

It appears that Gillard has stuck her nose into the Qantas fiasco by telling the parties to "get around a table and get it done"

What a joke, this from the purported leader of our Government, who cannot resolve the asylum seeker mess, but simply blames the Court for disagreeing with her and the Opposition for playing hardball....what a jibberer....get it done, Gillard...

AND by the way, if the Coalition was in power and stuffing it up like this, Id be laying the slipper into them too...that goose Abbott should stop and think how stupid he looks in budgie smugglers....not a good look for someone wanting to be Prime Minister...

AND slithering into the background is Brown, laughing at the whole cluster...

    Gillard, youre a hypocrite.
