This is very interesting to me. A revelation so to speak. A lot of good points made. Something to seriously consider.

Only listened to seven minutes. Doesn't make sense to me. Seek the wrath of God? It's counter intuitive. If anything, one seeks the kingdom of heaven thus avoiding the wrath of God. What am I missing?

I missed the point about seeking rather than avoiding the wrath of God. I’ll listen again.

My understanding is that only applied to people who having had the initial saving experience by grace through faith and then continue living in sin as if nothing changed are seeking the wrath of God by their willful disobedience of the values that should come to those who continue to follow Him and love Him.

Mythology and dogma. What a combination.

Just not in any way you can demonstrate, Mr. Mere Assertion.

He will reveal both to you freely if only you choose to let Him do so in your life.

I do agree that the seventh day Sabbath is far more important than we Gentiles tend to imagine. Isaiah predicted that the time was coming when the Gentile nations would be observing the Sabbath and other Jewish rituals.

It is of course logical that the writer of Hebrews would be asking many different questions than we Gentile Christians tend to be asking.

(Sid Roth from his book The Incomplete Church, Chapter 7, page 64, 65)

    Isa 58:13

If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

    Isa 66:23

And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.

Even more than the weekly Sabbaths it seems that the annualy High Jewish Holy Days will be observed as well.

    Zechariah 14:16

And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.

And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Well if you are wrong it's really going to suck being you.

If we are wrong we lose nothing.
