    The murder rate is so high in his district that if his constituents were illegals they would qualify for asylum.

    Not without inspection. Certainly once detained for ewi I take a pretty dim view of him fleeing custody and recrossing illegally.

    It's higher than El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. Maybe the folks from Cummings district can seek asylum in Central America.

    24% is higher than 18%. The murder rate in Cummings district is higher than Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador. Cummings constituents could apply for asylum in those countries.

    And what these folks on the Left are protecting in their "compassionate" virtue-signaling, is the trafficking of children:

    TRAFFICKING: Children at Center of Booming Smuggling Industry.

    A 33-year-old Honduran male illegally crossed the U.S. border with his 15-year-old “son” recently.

    After an investigation, it was discovered that the man had borrowed the boy from the boy’s mother in Honduras to use in an attempt to be released into the United States quickly as a family unit. He presented a fake birth certificate for the boy.​

    Border Patrol and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents are uncovering thousands of such stories as smugglers and illegal aliens learn that a child is an adult’s ticket into the United States, due to legal loopholes.​
