What, you want another explanation? Alright, I'll indulge you just this once: It's an authoritative body with a president at its head. Oh and it applies to America as well as anywhere else on the planet. In other words, an oligarchy is an oligarchy wherever it is, and this one just happens to be in Brussels Got it now?

You don't get it! In the EU, the President has practically no power, besides chairing the meetings. Important matters are decided by the Council where each of the 28 (UK included) countries, represented by a member of their government (usually the PM or his/her delegate) has a veto right. The EU Commission issues directives on matters that have been unanimously devolved to it by the Council. It is a myth to believe that the Commission and its President dictate anything to the EU member countries.
But I have the feeling you know that, Cerberus; you just won't admit it and prefer to pollute the forum with fake news.

"Prime Minister Theresa May has insisted she had to reach out to Labour in a bid to deliver Brexit or risk letting it "slip through our fingers".

What the **** does 'slip through our fingers' mean? The only way that can happen is if Article 50 is revoked and only she can do that; so the obvious questions are Why would she do it, and what possible reason could she give for doing it? She must think we're stupid. I'll be surprised if this deluded woman is still in office in a fortnight's time, and she'll retire into well-deserved obscurity. She was a useless Home Sec. (talking of which - seeing as it was her who ****ed up big-time on the Windrush scandal, the compensation of £650 million which she's just approved ought to come from her bank account?), and she's been an even worse prime minister.

No comment, other than as JFK once said 'The buck stops here', and in context, 'here' is Tusk's office - nobody else's office, Tusk's?

And now the bloody stupid woman wants to stop Brexit and start it all over again. She has obviously lost all sense of reality and self-perception; she's too deluded to understand that the whole world is laughing at her, and wondering what TF she'll get up to next.

What a time for our country to be led by two delusional and dumb politicians eh? Where is our saviour? Where is our 'cometh the hour, cometh the man'?

The real funny thing is, that Theresa asks for extension until 30.06.2019 .... but if the EU Council agrees, this will mean that within the next 5 years will be no Brexit! UK has to take part of the EU parliament elections on 23.05.2019 ... and this means .... if there is no legal backdoor, the UK and their elected people be 5 years in EU Parliament and must stay and so UK as country must stay in EU.

So now there are 3 options ....

    a) Theresa is completely stupid and has no idea what she is asking for
    b) Theresa is a deceitful witch, knows exactly, and so wants to bury the Brexit for the next 5 years
    c) She expects a last extension until 22.05.2019 ... but then the question arises, why she asks until 30.06.2019, that does not make sense!
