And at the end of the whole circus act, it's just the House of Commons, which decides on Brexit and the "how" ... no matter who in Downing Street no. 10 lives!

Dunno. If the next PM just sits tight, then come Halloween Johnny Foreigner will boot us out regardless. I reckon they must be as sick of us as we are of them.

.....there's talk of an extension as conservative voters are seeking a new deal on TV licenses. As the majority of conservative party members are older than most vampires they are trying to force the candidates to negotiate a new deal with the BBC. “We don’t accept the loss of free access to the Beeb” said one sweet 296 year old lady “I’ve been a strong supporter of the party since it was established in 1833 and I think they should fight for our rights!” This reporter was informed, off the record, that the Johnson camp was in discussions with the BBC and that there may be the possibility of a revised deal which will allow members free access to Gardeners World and Antiques Roadshow. However, when this reporter approached the BBC a spokesman said that there was no room for negotiation but there could be a lowering of standards on certain costume dramas in future.....

I am not really into the Antiques Roadshow, being a bit of one myself, but if the Beeb wants to lower Emilia Clarke's costumes in the next series of Game of Thrones then I am open to negotiations.

If the master of lies have a majority in House of Commons behind them .... then yes! If not, the mad house goes on!

And yes ... the rest of the EU is so voer with the issue ... since March they only wish one thing: When can you crazy brits tell s how you want to leave please?
Only a few hardcore trolls in Brussels and the rest of the 27 member states have any real hope that the Brexit will be killed. Clear majority wants the Brits simply out of the EU ... no matter how ...but they shall go!

And then comes Bors jerk and tells the Breits he will negotiate new with Brussels ... ROFL ... how many times must the EU tell him that ther eis nothing to negotiate anymore ... it is the best possible deal and so take it or make a "no deal leave"?

And amazing how many Brits believe this bullshit from Boris....

Well in the latest YouGov poll of voting intentions in the General Election, the Tories are now first equal with Brexit so I would say the Tories have done what they intended in getting Boris into the final vote and for them hopefully PM to fight the General Election they will have to have and they hope beat Corbyn.

Sure ... but it does not matter if Brexit is Boris, Nigel, Jeremy or "Dr. Who" the next dweller of Downing Street no. 10 becomes ... if they have no majority in parliament voting for their chosen form of Brexit!

And that is exactly the problem, why the British are still in the EU ... and what make the statements of Boris to be total nonsense, because he does not decide whether on 31/10/2019 then simply UK membership in EU ends without a deal... only the parliament decides this, not he!

That may or may not be true. Has the EU said it will allow more negotiations after a General Election or just more time.

However I do not think Brexit is the first Tory interest. I think keeping the Tory Party together and in power is and by managing so quick to move them from 4th place to 1st Equal while at the same time massively reducing the Brexit Party voting intentions I believe they have achieved what they want. I have written in another thread why I believe they want Boris AS PM

    Well not quite.

Unless the Commons votes for Dozy Doris' WA (which is pretty unlikely), the UK will leave/be expelled/whatever by 31 October. Because the Tory grass roots want out of the EU regardless and because Boris does not give a toss as long as he gets to be PM, we will free by the autumn.

Ehm .... until now there is no majority for anything in the House of Commons ... and this dispute is not between party A and B and C etc ... the pöliticians inside the parties are deeply divided too.
Amnd as far as no majority is exisiting for deal or no deal ... no Brecit will happen. No matter who sits on Downing Street No. 10!

I think that there is some confusion.Parliament does not have to vote the UK out of the EU. It is true that we have many MPs who dream hopelessly of eternal bondage to Brussels and a jolly good rogering with Jean Claud's lavatory brush, but the only way they can stop Brexit is if they vote for the Withdrawal Agreement brokered by Mrs May and her masters in Brussels. There have been several attempts to get the bill through Parliament, but none have succeeded. And unless the bill is passed, all deals are off and the UK leaves on 31/11/2019.

Sorry, but I have to contradict you. Under British law, the House of Commons must agree to the deal negotiated between the EU and the UK Government, and without this approval, it will not be valid.
The same goes for Option B = a no-deal exit of the British ... here, too, the British Parliament must agree.

    Problem:

No majority in parliament for the negotiated deal ...
No majority in parliament for a No Deal Brexit

    and ...

A 2nd Brexit vote is also rejected
Early new elections are also rejected
And a referendum where the British people should decide whether to deal or no-deal Brexit is also rejected!

I suspect that there has been some confusion, which is not surprising after two years of Dozy Doris' odd manoeuvrings. In March 2017 Parliament passed the
European Union (Notification of Withdrawal) Act 2017, which stated that the UK would leave the EU by 29 March 2019. Mrs May started haggling over the terms of our withdrawal and got the deadline extended to 31 October 2019. But effectively we are out. The Remainers want the terms of the withdrawal to be as humiliating as possible because that is the sort of lowlives they are. But even if passed it does not effect the basic fact that the UK has left the EU.

Wrong ... sorry ... I have no idea what ... sorry ... nonsense this should be?

You are out of the EU when the Out notification is ratified by you and not before. And until your parliament does not vote with any majority for any option, you are in ... and if your parliament does not vote with any majority until 31st October ... the UK stays further in the EU.

These are the facts ... and the only valid facts! YOU have not yet left the EU due to the incompetnece of your own UK parliament to cote for anything with any majority!
And any new PW ... whoever this will be ... can not change the fact that the UK parliament must vote and so decide with a majority to one of the existing option!

Sorry, but please get these FACTS in your head ... it is only about your parliament and no one else ... neither who lives in Downing Street No. 10 and plays the PM, not is it the EU in Brussel, and also none of any member states in the EU or any representative of the EU!
UIntil your f***ing parliament does not vote with majority ... you stay in the EU!

And no miss-understandings ... I as Pro-EU person be not pleased with the situation and I wanted you to have left the EU latest end of March with absolute no desire that you stay in the EU ... and for sure not this f***ing situation as it is now!

Very nice, but this year the UK parliament, voted against a NO Deal Brexit.
To have a NO Deal Brexit, the UK parliament would have to reverse its vote.
    Good luck with that
