We DIYers are a dying breed in this materialistic world (or maybe youtube is bringing it back). In any case, I know we love to share the things we made (or fixed) instead of just buying new. So do it here! I just finished making a tooth out of silver. I used to have a plastic 'partial' (fake tooth on a retainer) but i lost it in the trash at Carls Jr some years ago and have just been 'rednecking' it ever since. But I just cast a new one out of silver and it works! I have a tooth now, and no dentist fees Yay for amateur home dentistry.
Right now I'm in the process of redoing my brother's kitchen. He said "this contractor only wants 12K for this project" then I said "I'll do it for free". Knocked the walls down, removed the island. In the process of re-tiling. Granite counter tops are on the way, and I've done all the millwork for the spot I picked out for the new fridge.
