We will have to see. If the gunman had any prior history with Black Power groups or holding up a "Black Lives Matter" sign (like Roof holding a Confederate Flag)---then there will all evidence one would need.

If Trump paid anywhere near the attention to this (obviously) racist church attack that Obama paid to the Roof attack---then you would scream "racism!"

If anyone was claiming to know Roof's motivations "within a day of the attack", they were guessing. As for the victims, different states, different families and the main difference is there are the dead and the still living.
