    Yep. One guy in custody outside, 2 or 3 INSIDE with 2 cops.. a floor ABOVE the shooter, and the shooter is shooting through the ceiling trying to cap the cops!

    The two cops who were trapped in the house with the shooter are now free, but still no surrender by the gunman.
