Breaking and Entering

    I would feel uneasy knowing that 'breaking and entering' was easily overlooked by the Law System. If someone had any right to 'break in and enter' into my home, I would feel threatened if I did not have means to escape out of my home.

    In California you are required if some one kicks down your front door...you are suppose to run away and call 911 and hope the intruders aren't illegal aliens. Illegal aliens are a protected group on California.

    Since January 1st, 2017, breaking and entring in California is now a minor misdemeanor.
