It is said that what goes around comes around. I suppose that even if without any witnesses, the FBI ought to investigate this too. Then I'd expect they'd have to deliver a full report to some Senatorial Committee which would have to hold public hearings for the Senators to discuss whether the evidence was adequate or if witnesses were required to determine if "Spartacus" should be reprimanded or the alleged conduct is acceptable.

If it's within the FBI's jurisdiction, yes, they should.

You're acting as if truth and common sense actually make a difference.

    Today nothing counts except winning.

**** Spartacus and the alleged pansy horse he rode in on.

Yes, so who is the witness in this accusation?

It could have been Seymour Dick. I'm not entirely sure. Again, why are you so interested in finding out his name?

If alleged sexual assaults by a Supreme Court nominee 35 years ago are within their jurisdiction, would those by Senators last week be too?

I would think so but cannot say for sure.

BTW, the FBI investigation into Kavanaugh was very light, at best. There were a lot of people they were restricted from talking to about Brett's past.

    Are anonymous "snippings" less credible?

No. I don't GAS. Booker is New Jersey's problem, not mine.

Sure, none of which claimed to have any knowlege of the incident the FBI was directed to investigate. What's happened to Ramirez and Swetnick? Tell you what hasn't ... police reports, and lawsuits. Makes you wonder why they have an attorney. :confuse: Avenetti do defense work?

So...who poses the greatest threat to the USA......some useless wanker Senator (of zero impact) or a disgraced SCOTUS having pivotal impact?

Really? Who elects Booker? If you're not from New Jersey, it ain't you.

Justices are appointed by POTUS and confirmed by the Senate. All you or I can do is write our own Senators when it comes to confirming one. All members of Congress really care about is who can vote for them.

Not sure the "wanker Senator" effectively "disgraced" Kavanaugh, but don't think an alleged sexual assailant like Booker should be provided the means to impugn the moral integrity of anyone.

I thought that Trump supporters always want "proof." Remember the Kavanaugh hearing? Got proof?

You are quite right. Booker (whoever he is) did not disgrace Bart. Bart did that all by himself.

And.....on that last comment......so you are happy to see some irrelevant Senator pilloried on the basis of an allegation from an anonymous nobody, but you are quite relaxed that the latest SCOTUS stands accused of sexual assault while pissed off his head by a person not only willing to put their name to the allegation, but to be exposed to humiliation in front of a Senate Committee.

The threat is consistency in the guilt of those accused and how the MSM deals it out. If they try to evicerate people they don’t like while burying similar accusation from others, that’s a BIG problem. People can see the bias and it will further plunge trust into the toilet. And it will certainly make those who are very vocal look like even bigger fools.
