This coming from the 2nd Court. Which means California isn't directly effected by this. It does create a very nice legal precedent through. Which is a good thing.

Democrats in these cities and states need to held accountable for aiding and abetting felons.

Remember that Democrat judge who snuck a foreign national criminal out of her court office to avoid the federal government outside?

    This happens all the time.

In the 1970's and 1980's, the Feds held money back from states that didn't go along with the 55 mph speed limit or raise their drinking age to 21.

Sanctuary cities are trying to do what the Confederacy did, nullify federal law.

It's was appellate court, not SCOTUS. Don't count your chickens.

Demanding states spend money to enforce federal laws is a slippery slope for states' rights. I don't think SCOTUS wants to go there.

Uh huh. I can just see federal Democrats passing gun legislation and demanding states round up violators.
If the judge violated the law, AG Barr...

There's a long history of that already. They don't have to comply, just don't ask for federal funding.

How much does it cost to "not" hide an illegal alien? I could do that for free; it would even save me money.

I agree with your point, but it doesn't apply here.

I think the Democrat judge and a Democrat cop were charged. Democrat judges aid and abet foreign national criminals in court rooms and Democrat posters aid and abet illegal foreign national criminals on the forums.

If democrats fought as hard for Americans as they do for foreign nationals that sneak in to America they would never lose an election

    States aren't sovereign.

US Constitution, Article VI, Clause 2:

"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."

South leaders were traitors. Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee, Stonewall Jackson shouldn't have a statue anywhere on public property.

The mayors of sanctuary cities should be thrown in jail, as well as all other officials in their stead who refuse to uphold the law.

States are simply refusing to enforce federal laws. There's a long tradition of states doing just that.

    :roflol: propaganda alert

You labeling something you disagree with "propaganda" doesn't make it "propaganda". The truth is you can't dispute a thing I say.

There are tons of stories of Democrats aiding and abetting foreign national criminals then that criminal going out and committing more crimes.

And you even end your post with standard Democrats/neo-communist race baiting. :puke:
