BREAKING: Nick Sandmann files $250 million lawsuit against Washington Post

Oh how sweet it is! Holding these racist bigoted liberals accountable for their lies. Let's hope no liberals defend the lies spread about this young man and his friends who were the actual victims of racism and bigotry at the hands of racist black men and a racist American Indian. Will the Democrats join in and condemn the media for rushing to attack this young man based on lies they could have easily verified before beginning the attacks?


February 19, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) – In what they say is “just the first of many,” lawyers for Covington Catholic High School junior Nick Sandmann filed a $250 million lawsuit against the Washington Post today.

“The Post rushed to lead the mainstream media to assassinate Nicholas’ character and bully him,” high-profile attorneys Lin Wood and Todd McMurty wrote in a summary of their lawsuit. The newspaper “[fanned] the flames of the social media mob into a mainstream media frenzy of false attacks and threats against Nicholas.”...

No video showed the teens chanting “build the wall,” as was widely reported.

In addition to the video evidence that vindicated Sandmann and his peers, it then came to light that Phillips did not actually serve in Vietnam as he and multiple media outlets reported he did, has a violent criminal record, and attempted to lead protestors in disrupting Mass at the Basilica of National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception – where many pro-life events take place around the March for Life – just one day after he confronted Sandmann.

We've become a lawsuit crazy society where anyone with hurt feelz can sue. $250 million is outrageous and insane, it's way over the top. With that said, I hope the jury doubles it.

 

I guarantee that the legal dept. at the amazon compost wasn't laffing when they saw Lin Wood's name on the filing.

It is going to come as a shock to liberals that you can't recklessly defame a non-public figure and get away with it -- and this is particularly true when (in this case) a minor is the target. I can't wait for Bill Mayer to be sued by Lin Wood and put out off business. He is one of the most smug and offensive people on the planet. I just watched Mayer's comments on Youtube and heard his vile accusation that the kid got in the Indians's face with a "sh** eating grin." That is ironic comment considering the Mayer's face is permanently plastered with a sh** eating grin.

As an aside I have to ask the question - why would anyone pay money to watch HBO?

 

Predictions as follows:

1) This ridiculous lawsuit will not prevail.

2) The little smirking sociopath & his pathetic enablers will continue to be pariah among decent folk.

3) Trumpism will continue to die.
