I agree. I’m all for legalizing marijuana. But it has to be done at the federal level.

    Awesome.

Now show us the enumerated power of the federal government to regulate firearms at the federal level.

What does the commerce clause have to do with sales intrastate.

Nothing. You didn’t ask me that. You asked
Which is general welfare and commerce clause.

The original question was what allowed them to do so at the state level, and you said supremacy clause.

Then I asked what allowed them to regulate firearms at the federal level, and you said general welfare (which has nothing to do with it), and the commerce clause.

In order for the supremacy clause to work, the federal law must be applicable inside the boundaries of the state.

Is the commerce clause applicable inside the boundaries of the state?

    Which is correct.

    Both are correct.
And they are. All federal laws apply to all of the states.
    Yes

No, the commerce clause is not applicable to intrastate sales.

If states can ignore pot laws, they can ignore gun laws.

Not to mention the federal government is already restricted from passing laws that infringe on the keeping and bearing of arms.

The Supreme Court disagrees. I’ll stick with them, instead of random internet guy.

This false, baseless nonsense is being presented on the part of yourself yet again?

And yet they apparently are doing such.

    No they don't.

They can only regulate intrastate sales so far as it impacts interstate sales.

SCOTUS has ruled, for example, that a factory in SC can give preferential customer status to businesses in state.

Well they certainly could choose to end all cooperation with and assistance to the FBI.

There is no general welfare clause.

And the commerce clause allows congress to regulate commerce among the several states. Last I checked, I'm not a state and owning a gun is not commerce.

They have been doing it for 3-4 years now with pot. 0bama crowed that he could "selectively enforce" federal laws. Just look at his immigration policies. You would have thought the world was ending when Trump insisted on enforcing existing law.

I’m sorry you have a problem with constitutional law.
