It’s either going to be unmitigated disaster or it’s going to change nothing.

I’m edging towards changing nothing, no change in illegal immigration, the laws that people scream about that stops us from sending ‘them’ back are enforced by the UK courts and have nothing to do with being in the EU. So I think a lot of people are in for a big surprise.

No change in money going to the EU as we will be paying for access, just with the added benefit of having no say whatsoever

Waiting and praying Calexit does the same and then New York. Actually LIBEXIT would be best...but the deal MUST hinge on them taking all their illegals and sanctuary cities wIth them.

And you will be charging EUropeans for UK visas in return, so what's the problem? :aww:
    We will see tomorrow.

I was talking about access to EU markets to sell goods

Well, the same thing respectively. The EU charges for market access, you charge for UK market access. If Germans want to sell VW and Audis in the UK, just tax the crap out of them. You get the idea. :)

Pakistanis and Indians and some Africans began pouring into England right after the end of WW2 long before the EU was even thought of.I don't things will change too much immigrant wise once they are out of the EU,it will just make travel to and from other European countries more aggravating due to passports, visas, luggage searches etc.

I literally only care about free trade in EU and free movement (For me) I don't give a **** about anything else.

If they screw me on free trade, I might have to move to the US and employ Mexicans.

Doesn’t really help when the other person can just shrug their shoulders and walk away

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like Brexit is turning out to be joining the EU with the same contract just written on a new piece of paper.
Maybe May did learn something from Trump. Just claim victory and move on.

THEY, the democrats and all their crap is what will bankrupt this country. Them leaving would mean getting rid of all the freeloaders, entitlement programs, obstruction, CONSTANT DRAMA, massive corruption, and all the future giveaways they offer to get elected.

Given the fact we can't pay the deficit down now and it just keeps rising each year especially since the democrats keep bringing in caravan after caravan of new voters for THEM and all on the backs of the American taxpayers, how could we possibly lose?

And let's not forget, we' ll have Trump. The left's economy will be handled by Idiots like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Guess you didn't notice the effect the Trump tax cut for the rich had on the deficit.

Like all tax cuts it didn't accompany a spending cut. At least it puts the overspending in a harsh light for everyone to see.

That trillion dollar deficit was due to Trump having to rebuild the military back to where it needed to be to keep up with other super powers like China, Russia, N. Korea, and Iran, who were advancing beyond our capabilities and would at some point use against us. That which Obama had depleted to bare bones.

It's the 21 trillion idiot Bush and Obama equally added that was the killer.

Republicans did that endlessly during the Obama Presidency. All that has been added is that the total hypocrisy of the party has become visible to everyone.

I’m in a continuous state of mildly depressed “told you so”. Brexit is a hot mess of problems, political arguments, unresolvable conflicts and mutually unpalatable compromises which is going to continue for years, with all sorts of things nobody (with a voice) will have foreseen to trip us up. I’m sure we’ll muddle through one way or another and I doubt we’ll be any worse off for it overall but I don’t expect us to be any better off either. Out of the frying pan and in to the wok.
