    JFC !

You guys are now making things up to be outraged about ?

And entire thread of made up reasons to be outraged

I think ill start a thread of a white person killing a black person and then espouse the motive to be racism and then go off on a tangent that has no basis in reality, and claim it all fact

    Unreal.

Link me to any murder (happening within, let's say, the last 5 years) in Chicago, that approximate these circumstances, in a which reward wasn't offered.

    Apples to Oranges much?:bored:
    Try again...:smh:

    "The reward is racist"?:roflol:
    Yeah, right...:bored:

A best case scenario is this sort of scenario.

You are not qualified to speak for the rest of the world. This is one issue we should all agree on. Should we all work together to protect people from killers? You are right to criticize, but are not pointing with clean hands. These are good times for bad people.

    WRONG!

That said, get back to the next time a Random White Man walks in off the street and kills a Black Woman in that manner.
    Until then?:bored:

Anyway, that reminds me of a fun game so I am gonna give it a try:

Anyway, back on-topic to the victim:

Kupfer likely targeted because she was alone
Los Angeles police have said Ms Kupfer was likely targeted by her killer because she was alone in the Croft House furniture store.
At Tuesday’s press conference, LAPD Chief Michel Moore said of the suspect: “He visited businesses up and down La Brea, and along the Beverly corridor as well, businesses large and small,’ before and after the killing.”
The comment came after Dr Jennifer Botelho, who owns a chiropractic practice next door to Croft House, recalled coming face to face with the suspect moments before the stabbing.
“He asked a couple of questions: ‘Do you do orthopedics here?’ What kind of care we provide and then he left. So he was just here for a few minutes.

And of course him wearing the fascist Fauci mask kept him from getting identified earlier. Of course he is homeless and black. These are the protected class now by the elitist rule in CA and NYC, as long as they don't start camping in their neighborhoods and estates. The horror and terror that beautiful, recent college graduate had to endure. There should have been a security person there. She should not have been alone in this 'high-end' furniture store.

The next best scenario, albeit after the fact, is a quick trial, a quick single appeal, and a public application of the death penalty. And not with a lethal injection as one would have a family pet put down. Rather an old school public hanging. I know liberals claim the death penalty is not a deterrent. And they are probably right when it happens twenty five years after the murder. The death penalty needs to happen while people still remember the murder so there is an association made. And before the killer can write a children's book and become a liberal folk hero.

Our criminal justice system has become too corrupt to guarantee a speedy fair trial for defendants.
IMO, giving more power to our scofflaw prosecutors and judges is not a good idea.

Reform would require an expansion of the role of juries and an end to official jury tampering.

I was recently seated on a jury after being subjected to questions from both the DA and defense attorney. Before starting the trial the judge asked each juror if they wanted to tell him anything. Well, I told him that I wanted him to know that I believed in jury nullification. At that point there was a short recess taken and I was told quietly during the break that my services were no longer required. So I guess in a sense the jury I was called up to serve on was tampered with by the judge.

IMO, the voir dire examination of prospective jurors in the US amounts to jury tampering, and the rules of evidence are often used to obstruct justice.

That's a fantastic strategy for getting oneself out of jury duty. If your goal is to ever actually serve on a jury though, you should not want to tell the judge about your feelings on the matter.

Lol. And the media followed the disappearance of that white girl last year like a shadow. Would they have done that for a black girl?

    Works both ways.

My goal was not to get out of jury duty. The goal was to in my own way support jury nullification, something that I feel very strongly about. Before reporting for jury duty I consulted with my own attorney on the subject and he told me to be straightforward and honest and I did as he directed.

I can’t get back to you when that happens. You know why? Because it doesn’t and won’t happen. That’s the whole point. Thanks for confirming that.

Are you kidding me? When is the last time a white man knifed a black woman to death in public and left her in a pool of her own blood? Never.

I can think of at least one other case where a black man did this... But he got off BECAUSE HE WAS BLACK!
