California debate about criminalizing the homeless

    This is a big issue in California. Now that the Recession is "over" they're trying to clear out the homeless, but where will all these people go?

    Make all assistance contingent upon residence in rural and remote areas.

    Interesting... I wonder what would happen if they applied that idea to immigration. Only allowed to get a residency permit if you agree to live in one of the less populated, less in-demand regions that has been designated as such.
