It would be quite a feat if any state managed to achieve a 90% registration rate for its population of eligible voters. Even 70% would be a laudable accomplishment.

Yet somehow, California has already somehow managed to achieve more registered voters than eligible voters. 112% in Los Angeles County, 138% in San Diego County just to name two that was exposed by Judicial Watch.

In the letter, Judicial Watch noted that public records obtained on the Election Assistance Commission’s 2016 Election Administration Voting Survey and through verbal accounts from various county agencies show 11 California counties have more registered voters than voting-age citizens: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).

So what was the state of California's response? We need more non-citizens voting.

The DMV said about 1,500 people may have been incorrectly registered between April 23 and Sept. 25
due to a "processing error." That includes legal residents who are not citizens, although the DMV says none of the people mistakenly registered are people living in the country illegally.

She and California Department of Technology Director Amy Tong notified the secretary of state about the problem in a Monday letter. It’s the latest issue the department has reported with its new "motor voter" registration system.
Last month, the department announced it may have botched about 23,000 voter registrations due to a separate error...

Since voter registration fraud in California was exposed, it's only gotten worse; not 112% voter registration in Los Angeles County but 144% registered voters.

Election Fraud and Dirty Voter Rolls: Los Angeles County at 144%

Judicial Watch sued over voter fraud in CA in 11 counties. Their lawsuit is based on the National Voter Registration Act (“NVRA”), a Section 8 violation. They sued the State of CA and those 11 counties with dirty voter rolls.

It asserts that many areas exceed 100% of the age-eligible citizenry and its eligible voting population. Simply, not everybody over 18 is eligible to vote. Specifically, it asserts that Los Angeles County is at 144% voter registration. Locally, it asserts that San Mateo County is at 111% of its eligible voting population. San Mateo is part of Assembly District 24, our District. This is especially concerning. Thus, San Mateo would be over represented and Santa Clara County underrepresented in our district. This is not fair and violates the law.

These claims are alarming for a number of reasons. Los Angeles is the most populous county in the State of CA. If it has 44% extra votes, that is not fair to the rest of the state. The second most egregious violation appears to be by San Diego. It is certainly not fair to Northern California for Southern California to claim to have so many voter that is does not. It is no wonder that some of the State wants to split.

Gee, and some people wonder why California is a one-party state?

And think about it. Any attempt to clean up voter registration roles is met with screams from the New Democratic Party about voter suppression.

Worse, the use of Public Employee unions to successfully pass Prop 14, the "top two" primary voter debacle, during the mid-year, low interest, June 8, 2010 election. That has resulted in a one party voting system.
