The court will likely (almost certainly) accept her testimony (and just her testimony alone) as all the proof they need.

People who think the court needs more evidence to convict are extremely naive.

How much do you want to bet the man will be pushed into a plea bargain and coerced into entering a guilty plea?

Imagine you have been in prison for four months and you are told if you just plead guilty, you will only have to spend two more months in prison. If you want a trial, you will run a high risk of having a "sexual battery" charge on your record, and spending six more months in prison. A lot of men in that situation would take the first option.

Oh, and if you do choose to have a trial, I bet that somehow, "coincidentally", 10 women and maybe only 1 or 2 men will end up on that jury.

People are extremely naive if they think a jury would never convict a man in this situation.
The prosecutor will try to bring up all sorts of dirt on him and paint him as a horrible misogynist, out to victimize women, to the point that the jury will want to convict him of anything the prosecutor can throw at him.
And don't doubt that a jury can be swayed by fake crocodile tears of the alleged victim.
Anything the man might have ever done, no matter how small, can be grossly exaggerated. Prosecutors are there to win, with whatever tactics it takes, and expert at their job.

 

I really do wonder if this will will equally applied to women who intentionally poke holes in the condom, so they can try to get pregnant against the man's will with his child. That too would of course be very difficult to prove.

MGTOW gets a lot of unfair criticism.

There is nothing inherently wrong with a man not wanting to date or get married. All the toxic stuff critics try to attach to that is unfair and isn't MGTOW itself.

If a man doesn't want to date or get married, he should not be shamed for it.

 

I agree, Jolly Penquin. I was just asking out of curiosity. MGTOW is no doubt the correct lifestyle for many men. I know many women who lead a similar life and they appear to be very happy.
I believe it's better to be single and happy than to be dating/married and miserable.
