"March 26 (UPI) -- Orange County, Calif. Sheriff Sandra Hutchens can't give information about inmate's release dates directly to ICE because of a state "sanctuary" law, so she says she'll give it to the public instead.

Hutchens announced on Monday she will put all county jail inmates' release dates online to get around SB 54, a law that took effect on Jan. 1 and now prohibits local law enforcement agencies from cooperating with immigration authorities."

Finally, some push back against Jerry "Lester Maddox" Brown and the Bolsheviks in the California state legislature. Although I wouldn't expect San Francisco, Oakland or LA to follow suit, seeing as to how they are ass deep in defying federal immigration law as one of the new Jim Crow states, I think we might see isolated law enforcement agencies following suit.

And speaking of suits, I wonder how Jeff Session's law suit against California is progressing?
And I wonder why more sanctuary states aren't being similarly sued by the feds.

So the federal government cannot compel local police to enforce federal law but a State can compel local police to follow State law? Hahahaha! Good luck with that.

So your saying take 10 from the Blue States and add them to the Red States?

That would be the same as swapping Maryland

Yeah just when you think, stick a fork in California it's done, everyone there is either evil, a traitor, or too far gone that a lobotomy wouldn't even help, up from the cancerous swamp a decent person surfaces that still has a measure of common sense.

spot on, how its possible that we are even discussing this in the United States is despicable. These people should be getting rounded up and put on trial for treason not in any office of power.

Finally everyone is starting to pay attention to how serious the voting process has become. I've only been saying this like a broken record since the Obama Administration began election rigging. The election in 2012 was so close between Mitt and Obama, I'm guessing that's the only reason Obama won.

Beyond this census thing, LEGAL Americans should have to show their driver's licenses to vote and those licenses should have two sets of numbers one of which would be strictly for voting and added to Federal election data bases making that number plus the picture ID a two step authentication process. And that number would have to come from a FEDERAL data base, not state. This would eliminate rogue state democrats from trying to rig elections by issuing Driver's licenses or other ID's so illegals can vote which is what they've been doing.

    Utter garbage.

Voter ID is a nonsensical law that illicitly discriminates.

You solve "voter falsity" by DEPORTING all the illegals and sending those who employ them to ****ing jail.

I refuse, blatantly, to show any form of Identification when voting. These crummy old electoral officers don't need to see my ****ing ID nor do they need to know if I am an organ donor. That is PRIVATE information I would rather not share with some two bit loser.

Deport them all, jail their employers and the problem solves itself.

How does it discriminate? I'm guessing you think the census does also, right? Why would we want illegals in this country voting for CORRUPT leaders pandering to them for their votes? Kissing their asses so they'll vote their garbage rotten asses back in each term. Those that buy them off with entitlements all off the backs of the American taxpayers who they treat like ****. Killers, gang members, child rapists ..sure let them in so they can vote, right?
*Knock, knock* Hey McFly what you're advocating, is what they're doing now and it isn't working.

If we deported people who where here illegally, we wouldn't need VoterID.

IT discriminates because some folks can't get an ID. In some cases getting the ID means not eating for a few days.

What I'm advocating? I advocate removal of all illegal aliens from the country -with no court hearings.- I also advocate for an immediate and summary trial for all employers who are leaching off the American people by hiring these people.

Cut the jobs and the illegal aliens won't come back and there is no need for voterid.

Liberals claim to care for illegal immigrants, but all they really care about is the power they get to keep because of them. Liberals putting up a stink about asking if people are citizens on the census is all the proof people need.

That seems like it touched a nerve. I am not one to like being challenged, especially in public, like showing an id to buy alcohol, (this was necessary, long ago, but now it just serves as an annoyance). But, I do agree that if you are given the privilege of voting that you should at least be a citizen, and that you should at least have registered appropriately.

But don't look for that soon...still trying to get the FBI to hand over about 100,000 documents regarding Hillary's email corruption. With the exception of 3,000, they aren't forthcoming. We need Sessions to be on that too as well as the rest of the GOP. Sometimes I'm not sure who I'm more mad at, the left or the right. The right not wanting to be bothered is beyond frustrating, If I or anyone else reading this even pulled a fraction of what these corrupt *******s on the left have, we'd be doing life. It's total bullshit and needs addressing. Guess we need to call or email our congressmen and women and tell them we want the left and the deep state leftovers in the FBI investigated or come next election, we'll find someone who will.
