When they did catch illegal aliens or non citizens voting the California Attorney General's office refused to prosecute them. They even refused to turn the criminals over to ICE. How many absentee ballots do they check the signatures on the ballots to see if the signature belongs to who it's suppose to belong ? NONE FYI: California legalized ballot harvesting where the chain of custody of a ballot is broken and who knows what the hell took place between the person who's absentee ballot is harvested by a non citizen who was paid $20 per hour by the California Democratic party and dropped of at the County Registrar of Voters office. And nobody checks and validates the signature on the ballot.
There should be more than enough empty prison cells in California considering that the Democratic state legislature removed 15,000 felons from prison and returned them back to the neighborhoods they came from. Something to do with making California's streets safer so they claimed. 3/4 of the California state legislature are obstructionist and actually in sedition against the federal government. So is the California Governor, Lt. Governor, Secretary of State and California's Attorney General.

I use to find vote-by-mail ballots at the apartment complex in the trash container, right next to the mail boxes that was left there for people to dump their junk mail in. If I had wanted to, I could have opened them up, filled out the ballots, closed the inside contained envelope, slipped it in to the mail receiving slot and voted. Wouldn't even have required a postage stamp. And no one would check. In many cases it was obvious the government did not have their most up to date mailing address, because in apartment complexes people tend to move around a lot. So most likely in some cases the department conducting the election wouldn't have even been able to contact the people to ask them if they had indeed submitted their ballot.
As the audit of California's "Motor Voter" exposed, in California the signatures on absentee ballots are NEVER verified. Just as in California no person registering to vote is verified as being a U.S. citizen.

Unverified registrant, party worker carrying the finished ballot. Ballot harvesting is illegal in some States. I wonder if there is a Party preference of States where it is illegal. There should be no Motor voter. In order to register to vote, you should be required to submit a voter registration with an appropriate office or online system, not just as an aside in applying for a driver's license.

And the County Registrar of Voters and the state should verify that the person who is registering to vote is an American citizen and is eligible to vote. In California they don't do that. In California anyone can register to vote as many times as they want. This isn't new in California, the Democrats have been registering non citizens to vote for decades. I think the best option is for Republicans to educate voters on why conservative values are better for everyone in the country legal or not. But actually before that i suppose Republicans need to do a better job of being conservative.
One of the results of liberal progressives policies in California is low information voters. In L.A. County 1/2 of the working age adults are either illiterate or functional illiterates and they do vote and they vote for Democrats which is a code word for socialism and free stuff.
