Now answer my question, how is it that you commit 69% of the crimes but only make up 34% of those incarcerated.

Why is it that everything goes in the "Hood"? Why are all the illegal guns in the "Hood"? Why is most of the drugs in the "Hood"?

And I'm sorry, the stats do not agree with you. Blacks commit a disproportionate amount of violent crime, for whatever reason, the truth is self evident

But the stats don't include murder since dead victims can't be interviewed.
