Can a press conference become a scientist?

Can evolution allow a press conference the right to become a scientist?

 

I don't understand. Do you mean that they merge into a being which conducts science? Is it a "right" to be a scientist?

 

I mean if a press conference can become its own sentient being, which then behaves as a scientist

 

I wouldn't say there is a logical impossibility, but far beyond reasonable probability.
