You sound very convincing. My guess is you saw the evidence or you were convinced by the genius who always tell the truth:

I doubt they could sue Trump for things he said as President, but anything he says after Biden takes office they may be able too

Trump would also be liable if Giuliani/Powell were deemed to be employed by him, which makes him responsible for what they do and say.

Wrong. They haven't shown any fraud at all. Hence your claim that the Courts said it's not enough to matter is false. Although of course, zero fraud is not indeed enough to matter.

Dominion could probably make a good case of defamation per se, in which case they wouldn't have to prove harm - it's sufficient that the defamatory statements are inherently/obviously harmful, in a reasonable person's understanding.

Most states have 4 or so types of statement that qualify but generally they include ones that damage a business' reputation/dealings etc. as well as accusations of criminal activity, so Dominion could certainly tick both of those options.

You claimed - without proof - that courts have found fraud, just not enough. Time to back up that claim.

Lame! I was responding to your post. The onus is on you to prove that your post - which initiated the convo - is in fact true and correct.

Because you haven't shown any. This is real easy to do here. You claim fraud, you prove it. Until that time, there is no fraud.

Do you truly believe there is strong evidence to support the allegations against Dominion? If so, please tell me what convinced you of this, considering that it hasn't been presented.

    I'd really like to know.

Do any of the people who told you this have direct knowledge of the evidence?

Are you aware that there have been a number of provably false allegations against Dominion? While that doesn't prove all allegations are false, it does suggest that we should be cautious about accepting hearsay about Dominion.

It's possible, but is it plausible? That's the general problem with conspiracy theories: the theory entails something that seems possible, and then the conspiracy theorist applies confirmation bias to new information.

That's what you're being told outside of court. Inside, it's an entirely different story. That should at least set off an alarm or something.

Wasn't that the complaint from Democrats when Bush won? Perhaps they said AHA!

Trump lawyers do act much different in court where lying can get them fined or disbarred ... interesting, isn't it.

After all the recounting, Bush won Florida by 537 votes (in the official count). With that small a margin, every possible irregularity was relevant (in fact, a 2001 study of the ballots concluded that Gore received more votes). There was no charge of a widespread conspiracy, but each side made accusations against the other on improper behavior affecting small areas. The accusations against Dominion are nothing like that- it's a full-fledged conspiracy theory.

And it could yet turn out to be a full ledged conspiracy. It's hard to figure who to believe, I think probably none of them. My opinion is Dems cheated bigly (shocking huh?) but I'm beginning to think it just don't matter. The massive mail in campaign did the Trump faction in and there's no way to unscramble this mess. Perhaps Epstein did kill himself after all.
