Ah, actually it had nothing to do with trump. It was strictly a Canadian thing. We tend to step up to help when needed. And it was definitely needed.

As to poking Trump and the US, sorry but we only do that when poked ourselves, like NAFTA. That doesn't mean that like most other nations around the world, we aren't derisively laughing at your dear leader.

I saw Trudeau when he gave his press conference(Jan 2017), followed by statements by Trudeau's minions. It clearly had a slant of putting down Trump and hinting that Canada was oh so kind and compassionate while Trump was cold and heartless.

It got to be so bad in the press that later (Feb 2017) Trudeau had to state it was not his job to lecture Trump on the Syrian refugees.

    Do your research.

I do my research. Trudeau was correct. Trump is cold and heartless and a sociopathic narcissist to boot.

And yes, it isn't his job to lecture trump on refugees.

That isn't poking america, that is making an observation that is as plain as the nose on your face. The world is laughing at you and your dear leader. The lyin' king, is a buffoon. Unfortunately he's also the most powerful man on the planet.

LOL, so you have reversed your "actually it had nothing to do with trump. It was strictly a Canadian thing" and admit it did have a lot to do with Trump. You aren't doing too well on the credibility front.
