Once again I think it depends. My oldest daughter has several guns, and in fact has a concealed weapons permit. She enjoys target shooting.

What negative? He claims it's illegal, I'm asking him to show it by quoting the law Focus!

The rest of your post is pure nonsense.

It sure does depend. And that's the point. There is no way that a seller at a gun show would know if they are selling it to a minor who wants it for target practice, or to get even with their classmates because they unfriended them on Facebook.

I agree with rules and regulations on the sale of guns. With that being said I also believe in the right to legally own a gun.

Several states do not require an adult to accompany a licensed junior hunter in the legal pursuit of game.

That's a problem, or are we juxtapsing that with evil black rifles and psychos associated with recent news events?

What you don't know about gun laws would fill a book. This is just the federal rules by the way every state also has it's own share often more restrictive than the fed rules. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_law_in_the_United_States

It's still illegal for a person under 18 to buy and own a rifle.

Wrong there are dozens of laws state and federal laws regarding the purchase and ownership of fire arms by minors especially handguns and federal laws are only the tip of the iceberg a depression era law for instance defines who must be licensed to sell firearms and the number of sales per year to require a license is quite small. So unless the dude selling the rifle is an individual selling less than his third weapon the year he has to have a license in order to legally operate. And how the hell are you supposed to know their age if you don't check their ID.

Obviously you don't actually know gun laws. The dealer broke the law.

High schools all over America graduated their first classes of students who have never known a world without mass shootings in schools.

They’re watching as McConnell and the NRA work to keep it that way.

Actually, if 10% of registered voters sign a petition, youcan force a constitutional convention, and bypass congress.

then you've got to get 3/4 of the states to agree with you. That's going to be more difficult.

Depending on what the amendment does. If it's a controversal amendment, yeah it would be, but if it's something that pretty popular and well supported, I'm thinking that it would go through easily.
