    I do not believe porn and booze are mentioned in the Constitution but the right to bear arms is. I guess the other stuff could fall under the "pursuit of happiness"....

    I don't care if it's mentioned in The Bible, The Koran or The KKK Manual... It's ridiculous that a 13 year old can legally buy a rifle in this country.
