    Well this is certainly some good news!

    Considering that atmospheric carbon dioxide is food for plants on both land as well as in the oceans it is logical that higher levels of CO2 in the atmosphere will benefit many plants.

    This gives us a clue as how to divert those extra 4.3 trillion USA Petro-dollars when they finally hit the markets.
