well, if you go back far enough, everyone was black, or at least had dark skin. Until about 20,000 years ago, when the genetic mutations for lighter skin appeared.

black skin, white skin, etc, are just phenotypes. It doesn’t mean anything beyond evolution favoring certain mutations in certain environments. Light skin became prevalent in Europe because it was favorable in conditions with less sunlight, as it was easier for the body to produce vitamin D with less melatonin in the skin.

so yeah. Skin color doesn’t mean anything.

But the main topic has been 2000 yrs ago, in the ME, and the group called Israelites. The claimant has refused to offer any evidence.

Close. Tacitus wrote that Israelites appeared to be Ethiopian or Egyptian.

There is evidence for your claims, but the ancient depictions show a difference between Nubians, Egyptians and Asiatics with regard to skin color.

The ancients were not consumed with skin color as we are.

Yes and the israelites were an Afro-asiatic ppl. Would be akin to todays "african americans" who arent black as in sudanese black nor are they "olive". Think Will Smith..dark skinned complexion as weve noted and the tight curly hair as depicted on the lashich reliefs in the british museum.

We also have references from spain where they referred to the jews of antiquity as negrito

Same hair as the Assyrians. Or were the Assyrians black like the non Scandinavian Europeans as well in your view? What happened to all these blacks that lived in Europe and Assyria in biblical times?

Or alternately the main immigration route into Northern Europe for African and Arab populations was via the Iberian peninsula during the period the Moors dominated the southern peninsula and the hence the follow of maritime trade in to and out of the Mediterranean. As long as those kingdoms persisted you could get population flows into England and other parts of Northern Europe for the Moorish and Arab empires. When the Moors lost control of peninsula following the success of the 'Reqconquista' in 1492 that doorway slammed shut.

Its a gross oversimplification to insist it was all down to the 'inquisition' whose primary concern was the maintaining the religious not racial cohesiveness of the Catholic church.

There is nothing new about migrations. But it seems to be all fine when white people replace other populations. Nobody also cares that Trump grandfather and grandmother were migrants. Nobody cares Trumps mother was a migrant. Nobody cares Trumps current wife is a migrant. Nobody cares, because those immigrants are all white. Let's not kid ourselves how white privilege is applied to immigration.

The Aryan invasion. The "myth" of the Aryan invasion is not that it happenened, the myth is that it was those aryans that created civilization in these places like mesopotamia, k.mt, ancient greece, china and meso america. These great civilizations were all created by dark skinned folk what we today call "black" ppl.

These black folk were also rulers in europe along with white folk and passed on their knowledge of masonry, metalurgy, agriculture and science to the europeans but the europeans turned their backs on their teachers and began to write laws that were to afflict the teachers in europe in some cases to perpetual slavery just because of their skin colour.

It is not a bogus allegation, but then that's what I would expect ill-informed people to claim.

You have a penchant for emotional based rants. Effectively, you decry anything you don't like, whether you're knowledgeable about the subject matter or not.

I've been interested in the peopling of the Earth and migrations since probably before you were born, and this article was probably published before you were born.

    Journal of Human Evolution
    Volume 26, Issue 1, January 1994, Pages 23-56

The Multiregional Model of modern human origins: a reassessment of its morphological basis

Just in case you're confused, the Journal of Human Evolution is not a blog by some guy on the internet.

If you intend to study human migration, it's inevitable you'll run into the idiotic Land-Bridge Theory.

I'm guessing you probably don't want to hear that while some tribal groups did come from eastern Asia, there are tribal groups in the Americas who are of European or Australasian origin.

Cue the emotional outburst rant in 3....2....1....

Since you probably don't know what Australasia is, that's Australia and Indonesia and the islands stretching between them.

Yeah, that's right. Somebody didn't get the tweet about the "Land-Bridge" (snicker) and so they sailed from Australia/Indonesia across the Pacific Ocean and landed in what is now northern Chile.

And, they did that 35,000 years ago.

Apparently, they didn't like Chile. Perhaps there was a pre-historic Pinochet US-puppet dictator running amok. Anyway, they migrated north (or perhaps south) around the continent and took up residence in what is now the Amazonian Basin.

And they were there 25,000 years ago and we know that because they were hunting giant sloths.

They were there centuries before that.

How do we know? The same reason we know Greeks ran the Roman government.

What did a lot of immigrants to the US do? Well, they Anglicized their names. German Schmidt became English Smith.

It's easy to spot the Greeks working in the Roman government who Latinized their names.

Likewise, it's easy to spot the Greeks working in the Egyptian government who Egyptified their names.

And, of course, why would an Egyptian writing in the 8th Century BCE refer to Khufu as Cheops?

Well, he wouldn't. Unless he was Greek.

That YOUR response is RIDDLED with PUERILE ad hom PF Rule VIOLATIONS effectively EXPOSES the WEAKNESS of your allegation.

The Multiregional Hypothesis FAILS to explain the MITOCHONDRIAL DNA that supports the Out of Africa Hypothesis.

But thanks for CONFIRMING that you CANNOT substantiate your FALLACIOUS allegation.

    SAD!

Thank you for ESTABLISHING that YOU were WRONG when you ERRONEOUSLY alleged that the Ancient Greeks were NEVER involved in running the government in Egypt.
