Sure, well I just can't think of what the evidence could be, short of an email which states the illegal reason for the firing. Which would be quite dumb of the employer given that they could've just fired the employee with no reason given, at least in the context of the US where no reason needs to be given. Does a reason need to be given in your country to be in line with the law?

As with all these silly BS "Boycott/Relgion/Gay" issues, everyone makes it complicated and political. Just do what I do....Do Not Go There, the food ain't that good anyway.

In Australia? When I was working, you were given two written warnings and then the heave ho.

The answer is, because it is merely your OPINION that the food aint that good. Unless you can link to some survey data or something.

Actually I thought you were in Australia and I was right. Anyway, like I said, I just can't think of what the evidence could be, short of an email which states the illegal reason for the firing.

Having never been to the US, I haven't eaten it before, but hearing about the insane crowds of people in the Chick-fil-A restaurants and the enormous support they have received from non-Christians tells me that it is reasonably good!

Why are you being so dishonest by saying something which you have no evidence for? I thought that you were more civil than this going by our previous conversations.

Okay...how do you know its good if you never tried it and why are you defending it in the first place if not due to the Christian/Gay controversy?

Is it just that you like the name of have a chicken fetish?

By the way....if you somehow find me uncivil then perhaps an evaluation of your shin thickness is in order.

Chic-fil-A doesn't harm the LGBT community, in any way. The TX law, I think, was unnecessary. But it does make the point that local democratic power grabbers must be limited in the scope and amount of destruction they can commit. So, a wash for me. i enjoy the Chic, and never find their business practice offensive or otherwise untenable to/for me.

To not go there because the food isn't that great is a fine reason to skip the chic. Because the owners support something you don't is a gdamn stupid reason. The gay loving chic-fil-a boycotters are as dumb as the anti-kneeling NFL boycotters.

While I despise Chick Filet, I applaud the law in this case. They shouldn't be applying morality tests to a legal business.

Just because someone does not hate homosexuality or shun it does not mean they love it.....and I freely admit I will go to Burger King for a chicken sandwich because ChickFila wears religion on the sleeve, its an added bonus that it also tastes better. If that is "Stupid" so be it.

I read your post #90 and it really does not say anything or address the question.

Chick-fil-A does not discriminate that I am aware of. They will serve you a sandwich no matter what you sexual orientation is. The only issue that some people have with Chick-fil-A is that the owners have donated money to Christian organizations....organizations that have also opposed same sex marriage at some point. A fact that few people would even know about if the LGBT community had not made it a point to broadcast it all of social media....which was then picked up by left leaning news organization thinking that where someone donates their money was somehow news.

Oh....and many people are upset with Chick-fil-A because they are not open on Sunday.

No I was clear, if they did check for sexual orientation, then they would be guilty of discrimination. Yet they back anti LGBTq legislation.

Why do you oppose laws designed to stop discrimination based on religious affiliation?
