It seems to me this was all about partisan trolling than actually intending it to be read by children, trolling that predictably got a bite from LifeSiteNews (among others). Like so many things in this area, it says a lot about the state of the politics surround the issue but absolutely nothing about the issue itself, which is sad.

I wasn't suggesting it didn't exist, just responding to the quote from the author. I think the whole thing is a bit messed up, just not quite in the way I felt the article sought to imply.

It is what you used to force public schools to do and haven't stopped screaming about it being taken out of schools for the last 40 years. Religious instruction of the young and impressionable is indoctrination.

The idea that someone's "sister" was aborted is nonsense given that this "sister" never existed. We can talk of the idea of a "Potential Sister" but this completely changes the context of the conversation now doesn't it
