Both China and Japan have been selling U.S.Treasuries of late which will further exacerbate our National debt problems.

    No it won't.
You've already been paid for those treasuries.
Who they sell them on to makes no difference to the US.

those are debt, there is no paying at all. its something basically we sell to everybody to borrow with interest.

Yes, but once you have sold them, the reselling of them on to others, makes no difference to you.
You have had the money. Who you repay the loan to makes no difference at all.

of course there is a different. reselling those in mass quantity means abundance of treasure bills(supply>demand always mean value will drop), means if we want to sell more treasure as debt, we need increase interest in order to attract more buyer.

    Interest rates have risen.
Bond yields will have to rise to attract new customers.

They will continue to sell out.
    People still work.
    Banks still operate.

Pension funds and bank reserves are always needed.

    Yep.
When the largest buyers of your debt start selling it bad things can happen.
