    This is interesting.

Apparently its causing some outrage that Christians busted down one of those wierd ass monuments popping up all over, and replaced it with a crucifix.

For contrast, it was just a week or so ago that some environmentalists similarly tore one down because it was attracting damaging tourism into a delicate nature preserve.

So far, no one has claimed ownership or responsibility for these big metal things. So is it really vandalism?

FTR, If it turns out this was someones legitimate property, the demolitionists should be held liable for damages. But I bet no one makes any claims.

To be fair, those metal monoliths are almost certainly a hoax.
So do not represent anything of cultural value.
I can see why they did this. They did not like these "mysterious" metal monoliths getting all the attention from people searching for a greater meaning in life, and wanted to point these people back to Jesus instead. Toppling the monolith is mostly a symbolic act. The monolith was not damaged.

It's on public land. Whoever planted the monolith there did not have any permission.

They don't speak like Christians. Nor would I imagine Christians doing this. I think it is some kind of stunt to enrage leftist lunatics....maybe by leftists themselves.

I like how people worship different things. And all of them think they're worshipping the correct thing and everyone else is worshipping the wrong thing. Except for Buddhists of course who could care less what other people believe.

Except for the Buddhists of Myanmar who have it in for the Muslims and the Buddhists of Sri Lanka who hate Christians, of course.

I prefer to read text than listening to a long video to learn if there is any reason to listen at all.
