Christine Blasey Ford is Waffaling about Testifying Thursday.....

Ahahahahahaha…..now Ford and her attorneys are trembling to testify. The Committee brought in a Sex Crimes Attorney to question Ford. Her attorneys and Ford are panicking. Now they want the Resume of this attorney and are available for calls from Grassley and Feinstein. Got them so scared they even went tangential about McConnell and what he has said. Notice they didn't say anything about what Chucky Cheese Schumer has been saying.
She might back out for sure now. Which if she does and tells Grassley she isn't testifying. Then Grassley should call for an immediate vote to morrow or Thursday morning. Then the full Senate Friday. What say ye?




Backpedaling? Ford's Lawyer Sends a Letter to Grassley With Grave Concerns.....


One of the attorneys for Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, Judge Brett Kavanaugh's first sexual assault accuser, sent a letter late Monday night to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley expressing concerns about the format of Thursday's hearings.

In his letter, attorney Michael Bromwich expressed concern over an experienced sex crimes prosecutor coming in to help with the hearings. More than anything, Bromwich immediately demanded a copy of the prosecutor's resume after arguing that there is no need for him or her to be present. His argument: neither Ford nor Kavanaugh are on trial.

Bromwich also said Ford's team is not convinced that she will receive a "fair and credible" process because Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said Ford's accusations are a "smear campaign" put together by the Democrats as a means of keeping Kavanaugh from being confirmed.

Here's a copy of the letter:

You said in your letter that intend to provide a "fair and credible" process that provides Dr. Blasey Ford "fair and respectful" treatment. Yet earlier today the Majority Leader dismissed Dr. Ford's experience as a "smear campaign," claiming mistakenly that the witnesses' to the Committee constitute "a complete lack of evidence," implying that there has been a thorough investigation. This and statements he has made previously are flatly inconsistent with your letter.

In our view, the hiring of an unnamed "experienced sex crimes prosecutor," as Mr. Davis described in his email, is contrary to the Majority's repeated emphasis on the need for the Senate and this Committee's members to fulfill their constitutional obligations. It is also inconsistent with your stated wish to avoid a "circus," as well as Dr. Blasey Ford's repeated requests through counsel that senators conducted the questioning. This is not a criminal trial for which the involvement of an experienced sex crimes prosecutor would be appropriate. Neither Dr. Blasey Ford nor Judge Kavanaugh is on trial. The goal should be to develop relevant facts, not try a case.

The central point is that there is no precedent for this Committee to bring in outside counsel for the sole purpose of shielding the members of the Committee from performing their responsibility to question witnesses.

Please identify this person and ask your staff to send us her resume immediately. We respectfully request to meet with her tomorrow. We are available for a call with the Majority and Minority staff to discuss the remaining questions anytime......snip~

Katz will be all about how "unfair" questioning Ford under circumstances that expose the liar to perjury charges is. Katz demands committee subpoena Judge though ... exposing Mark to those consequences. Judge can only reiterate what his affidavit reveals ... It didn't happen. Katz naturally wants to grill Judge about his book, and Kavanaugh's alleged binge drinking. Poor Ms Katz ... sooo "unfair".

 

She had 35 yrs to prepare for this. It should be a cake walk. Whats to be nervous about? If she doesn't show, they vote and be done with it. How many people called this a week ago that Dems would ask for this, which would delay things another couple weeks. Then new people would come forward, which would have to be be listened to, delay things further. Its SO TRANSPARENT and disgusting what Democrats are doing.

 

Katz will now have to worry about Ford committing Perjury. If I was Grassley, I would surprise the Demos and Ford with her best friend testifying that she never heard anything about it and that Ford never brought it up ever. What will really hook Ford up is....when her friend says they knew of Kavanaugh but never hung around him or his friends.

Then they can ask her about all of Fords time as an activist and her job with the Abortion Pill .

 

That she has to actually take on somebody from the Right. This isn't like when she is protesting with the Sheep.

Ford either won't appear, or will exit in tears and hysterics before answering a single question. Because Roy Moore's phony accusers haven't yet been held accountable, deranged liberal "copy cats" are unafraid of repercussions. Republicans shouldn't stray from the specific incident IMO. Ford can't name the time or place, and all 4 attendees she named never gathered at this imaginary party. Her motivation for lying is irrelevant. Keep it about the facts not the politics.

She hasn't backpeddled from the hearing Thursday so waffling is more appropriate.

 

The letter has not been confirmed by Michael Bromwich or senator grassley so libs can keep their head in the sand a while longer

Someone should ask her.....did any of the Demos on the Committee make any suggestions to you. Ask her questions that are current, even something a few years ago. Then more current and then drop a question for her about something for 36 years ago.

Like why do all your friends say there was no incident with Kavanaugh. Why do you think that is?

Do you think the Demos told her to wear a disguise? Come in wearing a Burka or Hijab?

Ms. Blasey-Ford Attorney Casts Doubt on Appearance…

As of last weekend sketchy DC political lawyer Michael Bromwich, joined the legal team to represent the political interests of sketchy Kavanaugh accuser Ms. Christine Blasey-Ford.

Mr. Bromwich sends a letter tonight beginning to back-away from his clients prior agreement to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee. This latest development is entirely predictable.

How can sketchy Ms. Ford deliver credible testimony about a 36-year-old event (at an unknown time and unknown location) where there is ZERO corroborating evidence supporting her claim, and mountains of evidence refuting her claim? Five teenagers at a house party, yet all of the five say not their house. Additionally, every witness she identified as present during the event has gone on record denying any knowledge of anything within the foundation of her claim. How can she testify? She can’t.

Ms. Ford cannot testify because there’s no truth in her sketchy accusations; this was a political stunt with no intention of testimony. So, with a deadline looming it is more likely her political lawyers will try to extricate Ford from their prior commitments......snip~

It all boils down to this ... Kavanaugh is ONE of FIVE persons who never attended whatever party Ford did. Imagine if Ford claimed Judge groped her, and the same "witnesses", one a SCOTUS nominee, denied having attended the party at all. Case closed, no political points to be scored. The BFF and a SCOTUS nominee say Ford's not being truthful? That should be all that needs said. Ford's a liar.

 

The lying witch knows that she will be taken apart by a few Senators, and exposed for the liar she is.

 

Her lawyers are more afraid of other lawyers than questions from dottering old fools in the senate

The rabid dems goal from the start was to smear Kavanaughs reputation so they could add it to the long list of excuses they seem to need to continue their unhappy lives. I think they got what they felt they needed and I can see no further benefit to this woman bringing no facts to the table and in fact, it could put her in a real bind if she is caught lying under oath.

 

Bromwich just joined her team. DC Attorney. Guess they didn't think Katz would be enough to handle the Committee. Now he finds out Grassley will let a attorney for sex crimes do the questioning. Now this guy is complaining. Clearly worried.

They were hoping to play on the Repubs being all old white guys.

 

No....Graham said Grassley told her attorneys she will be going first. Then Kavanaugh. At least Grassley's spine stiffened up then.

 

Including the ones with sons who are concerned about them getting bogus accusations of rape.
