What an appalling story! The Chinese are probably being victimised because they're normally hard-working and law-abiding, and more importantly non-aggressive. It's exactly the same in the UK - the forces of law and order just don't want to get involved, therefore it's quite obvious that the scum will take over. We're now witnessing the end stage of the decline and fall of the West.
Strangely that kind of migrants like M.Zang Chaolin aren't the one creating troubles. So in my country, law abiding, working migrants can be murdered and the murderers got barely a sentence and illegal thieve protected.

Chinese migrants are not loved a lot by leftist elites. Why ? Because they contradict their theory. Their theory is that it's very hard to be a migrant in the mean racist France. I don't contest they're is racists in France, and I would gladly punch them, but most french aren't and it's the most important. Chinese despite that succeed to well integrate in french society and well integrate at the opposite of muslim migration.
