Just look at those most vocal about coming out and being proud that they don't vote in lockstep because they're TOLD TO. Any dummies in that bunch? Nope. You might disagree, but are they on welfare or marching in BLM rallies, while tossing Molotov cocktails at cops or screaming that Trump is a KKK member and a Russian spy, or math is racist? Nope. An intelligent man like Obama support reparations? Yeah, what intelligence there. Maybe he could ask Al Sharpton for more advice=) How long could Al Sharpton sit next to Larry Elder, debating....anything?

When whites get more WOKE, they vote Dem. "Educated" is subjective, when that education is in gender studies, philosophy and other completely useless degrees. They wouldn't have time to bitch and moan about Mr. Potato Head being transphobic is they were actually working and busy. But they're NOT busy. They're NOT "working." They're spending every waking moment trying to prove that "Amen" is misogynist!!! Instead, they vote Democrat, waiting for the day the govt. will pay off their loans, because they overpaid for a useless degree. The same useless degree that gives them all the free time to find racism in Black Holes, crayons, and kids books=)

Educated whites are brainwashed and educated blacks are wise lol
Sounds like dems should only want whites to to college, yet that isn’t true is it?
Again you’re still proving my point. When you figure out how to court black voters without insulting them, maybe you’ll start succeeding.

I can understand this. I made up a collection of over 1750 classic Rock 'N" Roll songs and gave them to as sets too my Kids and friends as Christmas Presents. The biggest surprise I got was the feedback on the inclusion of black artist that I had included. Surely I had to remind them that Chuck Berry, Jimi Hendrix and Prince were three of the best guitar players in Rock history. Perhaps more black groups would have been Rock bands if promoters would have looked at those for their talent instead of putting one a cubicle based on color. I often wonder if Michal Bolton, Adelle and Janis Joplin would have a place on great soul singers list.

Think about all the great sport figures that never got to show off their talents because of the color of their skin. Was the great Walter Johnson better than Satchel Page?
Were we all robbed of the matchup between Josh Gibson and Babe Ruth?

Coming from a Democrat family in Detroit it was like a religion to be Democrat. Democrat and Catholic in my family. I helped with two local Democrat campaigns handing out flyers door to door and stuffing envelopes. As a kid we also pulled up the other guys yard signs and destroyed their mail. Why did we vote Democrat? It was ingrained in us as kids that only the Democrats were for the working man. Funny , in all the time as a kid , we lived in poverty and most of the men were out of work as much as they were employed. The older ones would yearn for the "Good old days of FDR" and his socialist programs.

I didn't really know how poor we were until I joined the Navy and left the city. My first presidential vote of course was for JFK. Things were good for me in the service , three hots and a cot, a job with pay and travel. Then you learn that life is not just about yourself but about your country also. I was sent to Little Creek Naval Base for Recon training and shortly thereafter I was sitting off the coast of the Bay of Pigs awaiting to invade Cuba. When your young you are full of piss and vinegar and Gung Ho , ready to get it done, and then nothing. Kennedy called it off. That was the First time I started to reassess my political leanings. I wound up on the West Coast and I was a little ahead of my family and found myself supporting Barry Goldwater a Republican. That did not go well with my family back home. It wasn't until Reagan came along that there was a split in the family and some of them went Republican. Even today I have sisters and brothers that vote Democrat even if they don't like the guy. When you ask them why, all I get is, Momma told us the Democrats are for the working man. It keeps every grain of my sanity to look at them and not shout " Jesus Christ you live in Detroit" . Not a mecca of wealth there.

Sorry. But which is MORE insulting? You’re too stupid to obtain ID, register to vote and use the internet or you’re the same as everyone else?

Republicans don’t talk down to minorities, but many prefer to hear people tell them what they want to hear and promise them goodies. I get that. Desperate people are desperate. They’ll vote the easy route. Truth is hard. AA is easy. Lies are easy. Free money is easy. Democrats have been lying and pandering, bribing them for votes since the 70s.

People will never get over it. I view my family's racism like the lingering effects of the Hiroshima atomic blast. Racism is simply a tool to use to gain power. Smart, nefarious people know that tribalism is in our DNA, and they look at it as a political tool. War is the continuation of politics by other means. Racism is politics through other means. When this means is used, the effects linger like radiation.

It's not something we get over. It's something we as a people, must remain vigilant to, and recognize when our leaders are using it.

I still don't see how anyone could be intimidated to vote a certain way. How would anyone find out? I bet theres more than a few that have to keep their views to themselves to get along in their community tho, which is unfortunate.

I think it goes away slowly, over generations. I don't think anybody who is racist today will give it up tomorrow but his progeny may after some generations. Actually, we have come a long way in just 60 years.

Because within the vast majority of the black community you are literally conditioned from birth to vote Democrat, or at least support Democrats and never Republicans even if you don't vote. It's just what you do, it's like being Christian (mostly Baptist). Republicans are "racist", it's what you are taught and it's not something you really think twice about. My entire extended family are all Democrats, I believe I'm the only one who isn't as far as I know even though I too was a lockstep Democrat with the rest of them until the year 2016. I had actual dart boards of GWB in my house and I stood outside in the poll line for hours as proud as I could be with my spot free Obama Biden hat on in 08. I called in sick from work on purpose to watch Obama's inauguration live on TV because I wasn't going to miss that for anything even if I got fired.

Here's why there aren't many Black Republicans even though there are more now than before. You aren't "allowed" to be one in the majority of the black community, they will shun you. Even your own family will shun you. I was very close to a few of my cousins for my entire life up until last year when I had the audacity to commit the mortal sin of condemning BLM openly. When I saw the first actual riot being conducted with the damage and destruction and violence I went on Facebook and made a post saying this is horrific and unacceptable and nowhere near the teaching of MLK Jr. Within MINUTES I was getting phone calls, text messages, and replies to that post from multiple members of my family telling me to shut the hell up and calling me "white boy" and saying I don't count as a black person anymore. And now to this day they literally refuse to even speak to me anymore. We were close as siblings for decades, and now they refuse to even speak to me. One of my Aunts is a community organizer and she sent me a text message a few months ago which was a picture of a Biden Harris campaign sign and said remember to vote for Biden Harris! Don't forget! Do you need me to help you register to vote? I replied with no I've already registered and voted absentee for Trump I refuse to vote for Biden or Harris. She replied with "Don't talk to me until you have some damn sense".

Shes also the one who organizes our biannual family reunions and always sends out the emails for it and whatnot. I guess they're currently organizing one for later this year but I never heard about it this time, I heard about it from my father who called recently asking if I was going to make it. I guess the emails went out last month, I didn't get invited.

My father is the most Conservative "Democrat" I have ever seen in my life to the point where it's hilarious. Here are the literal responses my father gives for specific questions regarding America: (These are the words of an elderly cranky black man with no filter, not mine)

Reparations? "That's the stupidest thing ever there ain't a black person walking around here today who was ever a damn slave"
Border Security? "Build a damn wall and put machine guns on it I bet that'll stop their asses from coming over here without permission mooching off the system"
$15 minimum wage? "Lazy ass little knuckleheads think they deserve 15 bucks an hour to work at damn McDonalds? Go get a real job little Bernie punks"
Student loan forgiveness? "Who the hell told them to take on that debt? They should've thought about that before taking on all that debt thinking that tomorrow would never come. Lazy ass kids always want something for free nowadays"
Guns?: "Break into my home and try to steal my stuff if you want to. The cops will be asking me 'Sir why did you shoot him 17 times?' Because I only had 17 bullets"
BLM?: "Little knuckleheads running around here acting a fool tearing up everything and burning cities to the ground. Make me sick, I hope they lock all their little asses up in prison forever and throw away the key. Talking about equality my ass, pull your damn pants up and get a damn job little hoodlums. Talking about racism, that ain't no damn fight against racism that's PeePee and Rey Rey out there busting windows because they want free ****. They make me embarrassed to walk outside in public as a black man".
LGBTQ? "That's nasty, you better not touch me I know that. They need to keep all that away from the public, we've got children out here they don't need to be seeing that kinda crap"
Society Overall? "Ya'lls generation is ****ed junior, what the hell is wrong with ya'll? Little knucklehead spoiled kids don't want to work anymore, mooch off the system, want everything for free, mommy and daddy never whipped their little asses enough growing up that's why they act like that. America is doomed, I feel for you junior I hope you get to retire before they kill the country. Whatever, I got mine I'm retired, and if any of them little knuckleheads of yall's generation comes round here trying to take mine then the cops gonna ask why I shot them 17 times and it's because I only had 17 bullets. (Thats his favorite saying lol)....

Who did you vote for? "Biden! Republicans are racist and Trump is an ******* and he seemed like a racist too".

It's a cultural thing, as a black person you pretty much just vote Democrat because it's what most other black people do, even if you hate everything they stand for. And if you don't vote Democrat as a black person then well you get crucified on Calvary by other black folks including your own family.

Packaging. Democrats do an amazing job at calling blacks stupid, lazy, and desperate. They just sell it very well.
Biden's state of the union address was all about free stuff. Biden himself straight up told blacks that they were stupid if they didn't vote Democrat. He just wrapped it in a "you ain't black" wrapper. All cops are black people murderers mantra makes black people desperate. Then they do stupid stuff like either running away from cops or running their mouth at cops. Neither are a good idea.

I applaud your side's use of propaganda. It really is genius. The Democrat party went from "Ask not what your country can do for you" to "Ask your country for free stuff"

Yah blacks had no idea a lot of them were poor or that cops often get violent with them. They definitely needed dems to tell them lol
