America is successfully defeating all efforts to limit the impact of climate change.

Apologizing for that is obviously worthless.

And, every other country on Earth knows that.

no it's observation. Go listen and believe approach seems to be religious I just call it how I see it
So many religious people tell me this when they disagree with my skepticism I wouldn't expect you to say anything else.
Religious people laugh at me all the time because I don't believe in their gobbledygook. So act exactly like a religious person and that will change my opinion for sure.

What are you not getting here? You are supposed to believe that the planet is being ruined! Catastrophe is just a decade away the idiots have been saying that for 60 years.

It is not some peeing contest over who is most to blame. As I said we only represent 14% of the greenhouse emissions so even if we went full caveman the planet will be ruined anyway.

Here is the bottom line. YOU do not believe in this BS. You are more concerned about bashing this country and our economy than any environmental effect.

Saudi can drill forever. China can mine coal forever but the USA needs to enslave ourselves to this idiocy.

No concern about the world ecosystem being ruined as long as they can blame white America.

Of course it is all a sham and they never believed it.

Well, what is your “carbon footprint” per capita?

I'm serious this is just a new religion it's kind of a stupid one at that. It follows all the hallmarks blind Faith believers, evangelizers, Street preachers, in cult members.

Except unlike religion, all of the science has been put forth, plain as day for those who are willing to pull their heads out of the sand.

Sorry, but I don't care about that at all. Climate alarmism is a false trail, IMHO, and that will become increasingly apparent as real climate continues to not follow the alarmist narrative.

I am working on a no mow lawn. I have over a thousand moss phlox cuttings stuck and plan to do a thousand more by fall. I am also running out of cell packs. So I plant 72 and stick 72. I read somewhere that 7 million gallons of gasoline are spilled just filling lawn mowers. I don't like to mow anyway. 20220616_080227.jpg I have burnt this area off with glyphosate. I am hopefully going to get moss phlox to take over. 20220629_181100.jpg I have pink, candy stripe and red. 20220421_171905.jpg This is what the pink looks like after a month of bloom. It is an evergreen wildflower. It does well here. You can walk on it.....gently.

Our "lawn" is mostly moss because our property is so heavily treed.

You have NO evidence that world wide climatological sciences are gobbledygook or religion.

I don't accept your plan for America to surrender.

And, we have little to no influence in this matter as long as we set our sights on being the worst.

    Surrender?

Ignore this lie and we will have massive economic growth and prosperity while being energy independent.

You can talk science all you want but every prediction they have ever made was wrong.

Amen. We just moved to CA south bay. Given the drought covering the region, we're looking into that, too. Our home here has lawn, but it doesn't do well with no water. It certainly doesn't need mowing!!

We used my daughter's hellstrip as a test of a frog fruit that is no more than an inch or two high, forms a walkable mat, is pretty and does well without watering, mowing, or weeding.

It's great to see the many beautiful non-lawn directions - lawns are going away.

You're just trying to deny science. Sorry, that doesn't work.

And, you are obviously and seriously wrong about projections made by climatology.

I don't need to you're just claiming that all these scientists agree with you because that's your religion. They don't.

Source for the second worst offender claim?

For CO2 emissions per capita the US doesn’t even crack the top ten.

I've never said those scientists agree with me. That would be just plain silly.

What I do say is that we need to recognize expert opinion on this topic, especially when such a major percentage of these scientists agree on the fundamentals.

We're second out of first world countries.

There are far less significant economies where this kind of analysis just doesn't mean anything.

    https://www.statista.com/statistics/270508/co2-emissions-per-capita-by-country/

What Qatar or Curacao do per capita is not the issue.

What do you think consensus means. Where you just lying about that?
    Agreement doesn't equal correctness.

What science? They have been wrong about every prediction they have made. And being wrong has never been a detriment to their careers.

We can also look at the hypocrites who tell us the world is coming to an end any day and then live like they have no care. John Kerry, the Obamas and Al Gore. Their carbon footprint is many times an average family. It is all a sham.

A drought is a terrible beast. It is hard to get anything going with no rain. I am trying to get a lot of it established by the end of July. It is a lot of work. I also have a fish pond where I just set out the red stuff. July is our rainiest month.
