I've done my homework. Invariably that's where environmentalism including global warming alarmism ends up. Too many people.

There is no such thing as useless information. There are some who disregard information but at their own peril.

The heavy gases do not form a layer at low points but there might (under the right conditions) be a higher concentration which can have safety implications to workers. The inverse is also true. A concern in semiconductor manufacturing fabs is the collection of H2 via leaks using in processing at high points in the ceiling especially those concrete waffle pattern floors. That could form an explosive mixture.

Even if I had said that, which I didn't, what does it even have to do with the Scientific Method?

Are you claiming that you used the Scientific Method to arrive at this ^^

    No.

But it's interesting how first you shoot, and then you ask questions.

Definitely not what an analytical person would do.

If you don't count the fact that you incorrectly "analyzed" that in it I was saying that Democrats were smarter than Republicans.

Democrats tend to be more analytical than Republicans ??

    Yes. That's what I said.

And, more specifically, I said it in the context of "spinning" facts by spending billions in propaganda. It works great for Republicans. Not so well for Democrats because of the reason given above.

Too funny. Works great for Republicans ?? How can anyone claim to be more analytical when not considering the full scope of the science ??

I can think of many ways. In the case of the statement I made, for example, there is a lot of anecdotal evidence.

Of course, it would be ideal to have proper scientific studies (if you can show any, we can discuss them). But the absence of those does not imply intellectual stagnation.

All the science that is needed is The Kentucky Derby.
The Historic Thoroughbred race held the first Saturday in
May this last Saturday had the Coolest derby in a half century.
Hasn't been that cold since 1961.
That's all the proof anyone whose ever been to the Derby needs.
    What's more definitive.That Climate Change { Global Warming } is a
    complete 100% fraud.
I rmember in the decade of the 80's where temps hit in the
low 90's during the Kentucky derby. Those who were in the Infield
needed ambulances because so many were passing out due to the
    heat and drinking beer.
The Hottest Decade on record is still the 1930's { Dust Bowl years }.
    I Rest me Case.

(To Foolard) Of course! Because when Scientists say "Global", they are obviously referring to the Kentucky Derby!

Now why didn't I, or any of my fellow climate-change co-conspirators think of that "genius" insight!

    Thank you for your contribution.

(To AFM): And there you have my evidence (at least one example),

You should read more often the "contributions" to this forum by the right. This is the kind of responses we have to deal with. If you do adopt an analytical perspective, you might find some of this on the left, but you'll see it more as a norm on the right.

    Yeah I can see how scientific it was for them Scientists { hired stooges }
    to find it necessary to CHANGE the words { Global Warming }
to { Climate Change }. This is what happens when leftists persist and
    get too cute by half.
Obama got too cute by half on a regular basis. But he had the
MSM carry his water daily, sometimes hourly.Definately weekly.
    Know your Fraud.

No need to. Just show the peer-reviewed study.

And, again, unless the authors of your sources are in this group, you will have to defend your own statements. Trumpism (i.e.: letting others take the blame for what you say or do and have them defend it) is not acceptable in a rational debate.

Do your homework as I and a great many others have done. I've given you the references which contain the studies. I can't control your level of curiosity and initiative.

The #Science here is #Settled, whatever it might turn out to be.

Experts told Daily Star Online planet Earth is on course for a "Little Age Ice" within the next three years thanks to a cocktail of climate change and low solar activity.

Research shows a natural cooling cycle that occurs every 230 years began in 2014 and will send temperatures plummeting even further by 2019.

Scientists are also expecting a "huge reduction" in solar activity for 33 years between 2020 and 2053 that will cause thermometers to crash.

Both cycles suggest Earth is entering a global cooling cycle that could have devastating consequences for global economy, human life and society as we know it.

Cooling "proves" catastrophic warming! Send Al Gore money before it's too late!

No you haven't. Such study does not exist. And you again show your absolute dishonesty.

So I'm not wasting any more time on you

That is one of the problems with the warmists, a complete refusal to do any homework. No wonder they are led by the nose by the alarmist press.

Amazing how the global warming alarmists are so closed minded, non curious, and lacking in initiative when it comes to challenging their faith. And doubly disappointing from those who claim to be extremely knowledgeable on the scientific method's dependence on falisification and the teachings of Popper and Kuhn. And even more disappointing that they resort to personal attacks and insults instead of demonstrating the honesty of exploring the totality of the science. But such is life. Have fun in the bliss of ignorance.
