    You may want to reframe your question.

    It is possible to end illegal immigration simply by rescinding all laws against it. IOW, make all forms of immigration legal. That will not reduce the number of people flooding into the country but it will end your illegal immigration heartburn.

    We need to control the influx of foreigners into the country.
