And here is a listing of other grants the college can get to pay for the students education some from private people some from the government.

Tell me what is the difference between the government paying for college at a white heterosexual only college vs subsidizing a kid going to Boy Scouts?

If it's ok for Private colleges it's ok for the Boy Scouts or any other private group.

Should hermaphrodite Americans receive special consideration?

Isn't that sweet. But, what you're saying is that people should be admitted because they're gay.

Personally, I think there are a lot of intelligent, hard-working gays who can get into college on the performance. Apparently, you question that.

Maybe the problem is that we don't know who is and who isn't gay. Maybe those admitted because they're gay can be required to wear a yellow triangle on their clothing so you can feel good.

Do those that are so upset about this also find it troubling that they offer scholarships to members of their church? Why isn't there any anger about that?

No, Mr. Assumption-guy... I'm NOT saying that. Note the DIFFERENCE between what you assume, and what I actually said. LOL!!

Personally, I KNOW there are brilliant, hard-working homosexual people laced throughout this society. And I surely don't 'question' their capabilities as students, only their acceptance within this society itself. They are good and capable people; no problems there.

Maybe the problem is people making STUPID statements, such as the above?

I don't think that's what it is about. In fact, I think the school is working to do good things for their homosexual students.

How do they prove they are gay in order to get the scholarship?

    1. What proportion out of the HETEROSEXUAL population (especially MEN) would openly-admit to being gay, to receive a scholarship or other recognition?

    2. Any organization could do sample background checks/investigations (as likely they do now) to see if people are submitting truthful answers.

Dude they don't even verify that you've handed them your real tax form when you apply for student aid. It's real easy to create two tax forms one for IRS and a second one for Student administration. I know I've done it. (love the anonymous poster thing). So they aren't going to investigate whether they're really gay.

    You can prove that?

Doesn't mean they won't catch you, charge you and ultimately prosecute you. Don't you realize that law enforcement has the tools to track you down (even on here), and bring you to justice?

They very well may do that, where it concerns certain people.

Wrong again, Johnny. This has nothing, absolutely nothing, to do with doing good things for their homosexual students. It has to do with bringing in more students because they're homosexual.

Patrick, that is your opinion. I understand your concerns, but I don't agree with them. Here is what the school itself states (in part) about the issue:

Bigfoot wants a full ride college scholarship just like the homosexuals because he too is a member of an historically oppressed group in need of special cosideration and affirmative action. Bigfoot says: No Justice, No peace.

Most homosexuals I know are wealthy landlords. Equal rights for LGBT folks are fine. But no special consideration. Do you LGBT folks understand the difference? Stop being ridiculous.

Whatever, It's a private school they can put whatever they want on their application. It's probably just for statistics anyway, I doubt it's considered in the admissions process. Don't like, don't apply there. Never heard of that school anyway, probably sucks.

The OP didn't say it would help them to get into the university, it said it may make them eligible for scholarships. They would need to get in on merit first.

Every time I think I have heard it all people pull something new out of their butts. I swear I truly believe it's for the Elites to have something human to manipulate and discuss.

I private institution can give scholarships to whomever they please. Why do you care who someone else gives their money to?

How I engage in sex is no business of the school. I would hope that anyone who engages in gay sex will protest this intrusion into their privacy.
