I make assessments based on the content of other people's posts - you know their opinions and perspectives. Hardly. I am totally aware of the % of disaffected young people. Its been slowly rising in each generation for the past three maybe four generations at least, imo. The enormously rapid change we are experiencing in our society from new technology, to new understandings, to new moralities, to a transformative way of sharing and communicating information, to rapid economic transitions, creates such inevitiabilities - iow, a side effect of rapid societal evolution.

But those people aren't slowing down the rate of "new newness" since they don't seem to be effecting its adoption by an increasingly empowered and accessible population in the slightest.
